A/N: I know this is total shit but I was bored and this is what I came up with. I have a (hopefully) better one coming #soon. Love y'all<3

Scott Hoying was a pretty popular guy at Martin High. He did musical theater and arts as well as track. He was on the honor role. Everyone knew him. He was friends with almost everyone at school. He was friends with the "jocks" and the "nerds".

He came out Freshman year and now a Senior was at the tøp of the school. He hadn't dated a lot of people, he only took his best friend Dylan (in my dreams) to homecoming the last four years.

It was a few weeks before Senior Ball when he started to notice his interest in someone. Scott was never close to him but everyone knew him in the theater and choir room.

He had never had a real conversation with him and for some reason Scott was too shy to talk to him. He was walking through the hallways with Dylan when she asked him what was up.

"Hey, what's up with you? You okay?" She asked and Scott snapped out of his thoughts to look at her.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm good just thinking." He said looking back down to the ground as they walked to first class.

"Thinking about what?" She asked nudging him with her shoulder. He blushed and scratched the back of his neck.

"Ooooo you liken' someone?" She asked giggling as they walked into their class five minutes early. Scott rolled his eyes and slid his backpack off onto his desk.

"Maybe." Scott said with a blush on his face. Dylan's mouth dropped open and she hit his shoulder.

"Who!?" She asked and Scott blushed again. People began to file into the room and Scott shook his head.

"I can't tell you now." He said looking around to make she that he wasn't in the room yet.

"Wait! He's in this class!?" She exclaimed in a quiet voice. He laughed and looked down. "It's okay you don't have to tell me. I'll figure it out." Scott rolled his eyes and they sat down.

Mitch walked in laughing loudly at something his best friend Kirstie said.  As soon as he walked in the room Scott's eyes were drawn to him. Dylan noticed this and giggled noting who the guy Scott had taken interest in.

Mitch sat down next to his seat in front of Scott with Kirstie to the left of him. "Come on, you're telling me that if he asked you. You would say no?" Mitch giggled rolling his eyes.

"I didn't say that." He said blushing. Scott looked down at his hands feeling defeated.

"Omg! That's so cute!" Kirstie exclaimed and Mitch laughed.

"Kit will you calm down! It's not a big deal. I don't like him." Kirstie rolled her eyes.

"Sure." Kirstie said as the bell rang and Mr. Managard started to talk about the assignment. Scott smiled, he had a little hope unless of course Mitch had been talking about him.

Class ended and Mitch and Kirstie rushed out of the room. Scott took a little time to put his binders away. Dylan waited for him with a suggestive smirk on her lips.

"I know who it is." She hummed in a sing song voice. Scott chuckled and shook his head.

"Good for you. He doesn't like me anyway so nothing's going to happen."  Scott said sighing swinging his backpack over his shoulder.

"Why do you say that?" She asked as they walked out of the classroom.

"He likes someone else. He was literally talking about it with Kirstie before class today." Scott said.
