I was able to leave the hospital two days later in the afternoon. Theo came to pick me up and took me back to his house after I had signed all the papers. He had managed to pay some people to take care of me and make sure they didn't say a word to anyone. When I got home, I had ran straight to Jerome. Greenwood, unfortunately, was still alive but I stayed away from him. After I said hi to everyone, I went to my room.

Jerome had followed me and I laid down on the bed. He chuckled and sat next to me. I sat up and leaned into his shoulder. I looked down at my bandaged arms. I carefully removed one of the bandages and saw the stitched up cuts.

I sighed and wrapped my arm again. "I'm gonna go shower." I mumbled. Jerome nodded his head and I gave him a quick kiss before grabbing my towel and heading to the bathroom.

After my shower, I got dressed in black skinny jeans, a white skeleton hands shirt, dark red bomber jacket, and cherry red Doc Martens. I brushed my wet hair and left it to dry in its natural brown curls. I went downstairs right when Theo called us for dinner.

After dinner, Theo said he wanted to talk to me. The boys left and I was still sitting at the dinner table. "I know you just got out of the hospital but I think your time has come." He said. "Tomorrow I'm sending the boys off to do work. Maybe you could go with them, that is if you're up for it." Theo said. "Yeah. Why not? I miss work." I shrugged. "Good! Well then that's all. Go get some rest." He said.

I got up and went to the piano room. I played for a bit before Jerome waltz in and spun around to the song I was played. "You're weird." I joked. He kissed my cheek before replying with "I know." I stopped playing and Jerome sat next to me.

"So baby doll I've been thinking." Jerome started. "We've been together for a while now but I realized something." He said. I kinda knew where this was going. "Yeah? What's that?" I asked. "I never really made it official. I've also never said I love you. And I love you Violet. I really do. We balance each other, you're my other half." He said.

"You accept me for who I am. No one could ever accept a murderer. And somehow you've made me sane for an insane person." He chuckled softly. "So I was wondering," he paused. "Will you make it official and be my girlfriend?" He asked.

At this point, I was smiling like crazy and blushing. "Yes. I will be your girlfriend." I said. He smiled and leaned in for a kiss.

"Woah. Okay." I heard someone say. It made us pull back and I saw it was Tabitha. She chuckled and shook her head. "Um Theo wanted Jerome. To train." She said, scratching the back of her head. "Yeah tell him I'll be there in a minute." Jerome said. Tabitha shook her head again before leaving.

"I'll see you later." Jerome said. He kissed me once again before getting up to leave. "No. Don't leave me with Tabi and Barbara." I whined. He chuckled and kissed my cheek. "We'll still be in the house. Besides you can go to the bedroom or something." Jerome said.

I got up and we walked out of the room. He went to meet up with Theo while I went upstairs. I sighed and plopped down on the bed. I didn't know what to do. I thought about going out but I knew Theo wouldn't allow it and they would be looking for me.

I got up and went downstairs. I decided to ask Tabitha to see if it was okay. "Tabitha can I go out? I'm bored." I said. "Hmm. I guess just don't get caught and don't come back too late." She said. "Ok mom." I joked.

She gave me some car keys and a wallet with some money. "Here. In case you want to buy something." She said and I took them and left.
