Jerome walked in and Greenwood and I followed behind. The hats were somewhat covering our faces and we blended in perfectly with the uniforms.

"I need to talk to commissioner Essen right away. It's an emergency." Jerome said, masking his voice with an accent. "Yeah go ahead buddy." One of the cops said, barely paying attention.

We waited by the front and looked around. Jerome had made it inside the office and that's when we took action. Greenwood and I threw some smoke bombs and everyone went crazy. We started shooting the cops. We had some of Theo's men to help out too so it made it easier.

"Go check the rooms." I told Greenwood. He nodded his head and ran off. I kept shooting. "Baby doll!" Jerome shouted. I turned to Jerome. "Come here." He motioned. I put my gun in my pocket and went to the office.

"What should we do with her?" Jerome pointed to the commissioner. "Mm I don't know. Let's tie her up and have some fun." I said. I pulled out my gun and pushed her out. "Don't try anything." I told her. I sat her in one of the wooden chairs and we tied her up.

The shooting had died down and Greenwood came back with the camera. "Hell of a first week you're having commissioner. I wish I could tell you that things are gonna get better for you." Jerome said, taking off his jacket. "They're not." He said, dropping the jacket.

He turned to Greenwood. "Here. Bring it up here. Get a better angle of the room." Jerome told Greenwood. "Why are you doing this?" Essen asked. "To rule the world. Blah blah blah but we'll settle for some dead cops and PR." Jerome chuckled. "Kidding." He said.

"Yeah I get it. You're just crazy." Essen said. "Crazy?" He said getting closer to the commissioner. He kneeled down in front of her. "Look at me. You can see I'm not crazy." He said. "Very soon little man, you'll be dead and the world will go on without you. You'll be nothing, no one will even remember your name." The commissioner said.

"Mm no. That is where you're wrong, old lady. We will leave a mark on the city. We will spread across it like a virus." Jerome growled. "Do you know why?" He smirked. "There's nothing more contagious than laughter." Greenwood chuckled. Jerome pulled out his gun and killed Greenwood.

"Baby doll will ya?" Jerome motioned towards the camera. I picked it up and filmed. "My line." He turned to Essen. "There's nothing more contagious than laughter. Ha ha-" Essen spat in his face. "That was strangely pleasant. Do it again." Jerome smirked.

The commissioner then hit Jerome's face with her head and Jerome groaned. "That's gonna leave a mark." She said and Jerome laughed. His nose was bleeding very bad. "You got me. My turn." He said and laughed.

A few more cops walked in and pulled out their guns. Jerome and I both pulled out our guns and were able to shoot them. Jerome then turned to commissioner Essen and smirked. "What am I gonna do with you?" He smiled.

Commissioner Essen started squirming in the chair, trying to get out but it was useless. "Eh I'll kill ya." He shrugged. He shot her in the stomach and laughed.

He grabbed the camera from me and started recording himself. I stood by a window, checking to see if any police officers were outside. One of the cops groaned and Jerome pulled out his gun and shot him. He continued talking.

Just then, we heard police sirens. "J!" I said.
"Oh! Time to go! But don't worry we'll be back very soon. Hang onto your hats folks cause you ain't seen nothing yet!" Jerome laughed as he adjusted his hat.

We quickly escaped and headed back to Theo's without getting caught. Barbara and Aaron were already there before us. "Where's Greenwood?" Barbara asked. "Dead. J shot him." I said. "He stole my line and I was already angry with him for what he did to you." Jerome growled. I kissed his cheek and we all went to eat dinner.
