We made awkward eye contact today.
I tried to say hi.
She walked away. Rude.
"This food looks a bit too Greece-y"
"God fucking dammit I hate you, Phil"
Dan tried to hold back his laughter and choked on his food.
"That's not the only thing you'll be choking on"
"PHIL YOU LITTLE-"
A little girl tapped Dan's shoulder. He abruptly turned to face her with a questioning expression.
"Are you two the homo peoples my mom tells me about?"
"Th-the what?" Phil asked, trying to hold in his laughter.
"The homo peoples! The ones with rainbow powers! My mom said they even have unicorns as their spirit animals!"
Phil's face was red from lack of breath while Dan just looked completely astounded. He took in a deep breath and quietly laughed. "Your mother is absolutely correct. We indeed have rainbow powers"
"That's so cool!" the girl gaped in awe. "I'm going to tell all my friends! I have found the homo peoples!"
