Ethan led me through the forest, quietly and quickly teaching me what animals to hunt and what not to hunt.

"Bears are very good targets to hunt, but for experienced hunters. You are to young, to new to this lifestyle that you would have no clue how to kill one painlessly." Ethan babbled. I ignored him and walked a little in front of him. I smelt something. Something big, and full of pulsing warmth and blood.

"What is it." I stated.

"A mountain lion." Ethan said, confirming my suspicions. I looked at him eagerly.

"Go ahead." he nodded. I took off at a sprint, following the scent. I raced through the woods so fast everything should have been a blur, but amazingly I could see everything. From the creases in the leaves on the trees to the small grain of dirt 40 feet in front of me.

"This Is amazing. " I breathed, exhilarated. I jumped over a small stream and suddenly stopped. I peered into the tree above me at the wild cat staring down at me. The cat hissed, frightened by the sudden appearance out of nowhere I had made. I crouched to the ground, let my instincts take over. I let out one small snarl before lunging into the tree. I landed on the branch the mountain lion was on and laughed as the cat jumped, startled. The cat lunged at me and I grabbed it by its head, dragging both of us out of the tree. I hit the ground on my back and the mountain lion lunged at me again, ripping my shirt at the stomach. I grabbed the beast by it's neck and flung it off of me and onto it's back. In less than three seconds I jumped on it's back and jerked it's head back, effortlessly snapping it's neck. I felt the blood pulsing on my fingertips and I leaned in towards the cat, taking in the smell. With a little remorse for killing such a fierce creature, I sunk my teeth into the mountain lions neck, groaning as the hot red liquid cooled my throat, putting out the fire.

Ethan's POV

I followed her scent for three minutes. She was a fast newborn. Much faster than me. I grinned slightly at the thought. Finally I saw her hunched down over the dea mountain lions body. I was shocked. Not a single drop of blood was on her lushious body. Her shirt was ripped though, allowing me to see her thin, tight belly. I let my eyes gaze there for a second and then jumped over the brush, landing beside her. She gazed up at me, triumph shining in her eyes.

Mikeala's POV

Ethan stared at me and I blushed as I caught him eyeing my stomach. I quickly stood and intertwined my hand in his.

"You are amazing." he said, taking in the lion.

"It was nothing." I giggled.

"It was something! Something pretty big for a little newborn." Ethan teased. I stuck my tongue out at him and rolled my eyes.

"Ready?" Ethan smiled.

"Yep." I nodded.

"I bet I am faster than you. Race back to the car?" Ethan smiled bigger. I narrowed my eyes.

"It's on."
