Omf, it took me so long to come up with an idea for Hugh because he's so smol and I couldn't find anything to write about for him but now I have something, I'm so proud.

"That colossal idiot," (f/n) grumbled under her breath, walking up the steps to the hot springs. "I can't believe he needs me to help him with his homework. Why not ask someone else? But noooo, he just had to ask me!"

(f/n) sighed to herself once more before knocking on the front door, irritated.

Tetsu answered within a matter of seconds, and smiled shyly when he saw the half-lidded gaze given to him by his best friend.

"Thanks for coming over, (f/n); this homework is really hard," he thanked, stepping to the side to let the girl in before closing the door behind her.

"Yeah, I'm sure it is," she replied flatly, taking off her shoes and leaving them at the door before heading into the main room and setting her books down onto the small table in the middle of the room. "Come on then, I've got stuff to be doing at home too, you know."

Tetsu nodded before grabbing his homework sheet and joining (f/n) at the table, the two of them going through the homework together.

Like (f/n) had guessed, the homework Tetsu was assigned wasn't hard at all, but he was so stupid that everything the girl said to him went straight into one ear and out of the other.

It was almost sad to watch her best friend struggle so much, but her thoughts were soon interrupted when a little voice came from the kitchen.

"Tetsu! I need some water but the glass is too high up!"

"You have a little brother?" (f/n) asked as she watched Tetsu get up and walk into the kitchen, soon deciding to get and follow him.

When she saw Hugh standing next to Tetsu, her brain turned to mush and self-activated her fangirling side.

"Oh my gosh, Tetsu, he's so cute!" She gasped, walking over to Hugh and picking him up, to which the vampire disliked.

"Hey, put me down! Don't you know who I am! I am Hugh the Dark Algernon the Third, and I order you to put me down!" Hugh shrieked, thrashing around in (f/n)'s arms.

"Aww, he's cosplaying as a little vampire!" She patronised, mesemerised by how real his fangs looked. "He's even got little fangs too! Tetsu, why didn't you tell me you had a little brother?"

Tetsu scratched the back of his head and lifted Hugh out of (f/n)'s arms, holding him in his own.

"He's not my brother, (f/n), he's my Servamp," the fourteen-year old answered bluntly, and (f/n) raised a confused eyebrow as she cocked her head to the side. "I have told you about Servamps, right?"

(f/n) blinked twice. "No."

So Tetsu and Hugh spent the next hour and a half explaining Servamps and Eves to (f/n) - well, Hugh ended up explaining everything since Tetsu was too dense to explain it properly - and (f/n) tried to concentrate on what the Servamp was saying but she was finding it really hard with how cute Hugh was.

"So, you're telling me that you're the second oldest out of eight Servamp siblings?" (f/n) asked, and Hugh nodded. "But you're so cute! You look five at the most!"

Hugh growled and stood up in Tetsu's lap, waving his cane around in the air.

"I'm not cute, I'm a vampire! I could kill you right now if I wanted to!" He yelled, and (f/n) giggled before standing up and gathering her books up off of the table.

"I gotta get going but thanks for explaining the concept of Servamps to me, Hugh; it was really interesting," she said, leaning down to kiss Hugh on the cheek before ruffling Tetsu's hair and waving goodbye to the both of them.

When she was gone, Hugh blinked, his eyes still trained ahead of him.

"Tetsu," he said, and Tetsu hummed in response. "Am I really that cute?"

Omg, Hugh why you so perfect? Episode 12 doesn't really tell us if he was ok after Belkia's magic trick and I NEED TO KNOW IF MY BABY IS OK. I HAVEN'T READ THE MANGA SO I DON'T KNOW. GOD WHY?!
