Happy Holidays everyone! Here's my regular corny holiday update, lol, this chapter isn't a filler though, things get dicey."I'm sorry, this is a serious situation."
- FarrahHours later, Nathan had came home after practice to shower. I invited him out with us, since he didn't seem to be doing anything. At first, he tried to cover up him being sore from practice, but he soon came around and admitted it. "Don't people do water aerobics and shit for sore muscles?" I ask, and he shot me a weird look.
"Yeah, I'll just go into the middle of Roman's pool and perform an entire dance number." Nate joked, highlighting how stupid my question actually was. Hey, I mean, I was just trying to help, it seemed like he wasn't going to do anything to relive himself of the pain.
"Just pull into the driveway, Parker said that nobody else should be home until tonight, so you don't have to worry about taking up the space." I relay the message, and unstrap myself from the seat.
"Hey ... do you really know that dude?" Nathan inquired, looking at me over the roof of the car as we opened it's backdoors. That's where we sat all of our clothes.
"What do you mean?"
"Like, how much do you know about him, and vice versa?" Nate elaborated.
I shrugged my shoulders, because I never really gave it any thought. "Enough, I'd say, he comments on my Instagram pictures sometimes."
"So does Eli, and oddly enough, you two didn't know that much about each other." He chuckled, and I mocked it, since he was only trying to take a jab at how sexual our relationship was. "I'm not trying to be big brother here, I'm just saying, how close do you think him and Roman are?"
"Even though they're only cousins, Parker is the closest thing to a brother Ro has. He probably tells him everything, I know I would."
"I'm your brother and you don't even tell me everything."
"Stepbrother." I corrected, and the brief mention of what we were to each other made me think back to Keith. Calling Nathan my stepbrother sounded right. Pushing that thought aside, I smiled at everyone surrounding the pool. It all was awkward, probably since Farrah was also here.
"Hey guys!" Nathaniel greeted, trying to lighten the mood. "Why are you all standing around like someone took a shit in the water?"
He wasn't aware of how bad the Farrah situation was, all he knew was that I wasn't her friend. "Yeah, it's like 90°, lets get in the pool." I suggest, and sit my bag down on the lounge chair.

A couple hours had passed, and we were all mingling within the water. I was hanging onto Roman, and Farrah and Nathan were both floating in inner tubes. "Let's play a game." Asher suggested, and turned to me with a raised eyebrow. I didn't follow, so I furrowed mine.
