Chapter 39

Zayn's POV

I saw Niall bleeding on the floor from the attack, he's always been the weakest out of me Harry and him, I don't know what it is but Harry's always been the strongest.

I ran away from Susan and Niall to get help, I was a bit bloody and scratched up but we needed all the help we could get. Thank god to my vampire powers, or I'd be forever getting help.

As soon as I got to the apartment I rushed to Louis and Liam, they were watching tv and didn't have a clue on what I was talking about, Charlie wasn't in the living room so she must of been in her room. I really hope she's okay.

"Guys, come quick now!" I shouted at them. "It's Niall!"

"What about Niall?!" Charlie appeared out of no where.

"He's fine don't worry" I fake smiled.

"Zayn tell me"

"He's fighting Susan, you need to stay here Charlie, Liam and Louis need to come help now!!" i quickly spoke.

Charlie sat down on the sofa and bursted out into tears, I didn't really know what to do so I gently hugged her and pecked her cheek, "Niall will be fine, I promise."

I quickly looked in the mirror to check my hair, it was a complete mess!

"Zayn come on!" Liam shouted. "But my hair and my face is all scratched!" I said dramatically. "Grow up" and Liam pulled me out of the bathroom and we ran back to help Niall and Harry.

Niall's POV

I received another blow to the face from Susan, she had made me bleed almost everywhere, if her claws get into my cuts she'll kill me straight away. Her powerful paws kill vampires like a lion kills gazelles.

"Harry watch out!" I yelled, Harry was lying on the floor and Susan was coming up behind him, we were all in danger. She was starting to rip out his hair, Harry's curls. He screamed in pain. I was under some rubble from the house, I was stuck, I was hoping Zayn and the others would be here by now.

"You two are useless. Should I kill you now or later?" Susan laughed. She had pulled us both together and tied us up.

"Hahaha!! No one can help you, you two are trapped. I could kill you in one blow"

I crossed my fingers and shut my eyes, hoping that this is all a dream and that I would wake up next to Charlie.

Oh fuck.

Where's Charlie's dad? He can't be dead can he?! Shit shit shit!

"Let us go you disgusting hag!" Harry screamed.

"Why should I? Looks like your little plan didn't work, did it?"

"It was going exactly how we planned, but we didn't know you'd be out!"

"Sneaky like a snake you two are" she mocked.

"Niall! Harry!" I heard someone call out. I tried turning around but the rope was tight and was digging into my skin, probably going to leave marks.

"Zayn is that you?!" Harry called out.

Susan backed away from us. She threw spears at the others, they were going right over our heads.

"Fuck!!!" I heard Zayn call out, he must of gotten hit by the spear, this is the end.

"If you two come any closer, I will blow up all off you"

"Who are you speaking too?" I asked.

"I believe they're names are Liam and Louis."

"Just let them go and leave the whole town alone!" Liam argued.

Susan looked around and walked back to what ever was the once huge beautiful house, that was now in ruins. She picked up a massive bit of wood and underneath it was Charlie's dad. He looked half dead. I completely forgot he was with her.

Oh my god.

What about josh?

I'm hoping he got out in time.

She tied up Charlie's dad and Zayn next to us, the only hope was that could help us was Liam and Louis, but as they weren't vampires Susan could attack them and they'd be dead instantly.

"You either leave, or join your friends" she wickedly spoke.

Liam and Louis approached Susan, scared. She tied them up and chucked them with us. "I bruise like a peach!" Louis moaned. "Shut up" she spat.

It became night time, the others all apart from me had fallen asleep, she had left us tied up for hours now. I hope Charlie isn't worried about me. I looked in front of me and saw loads of explosives, I guess she's planning to blow us all up.

I heard footsteps coming out from the darkness, I pretended to be asleep as I knew it would be Susan.

"Wake up, the lot of you!" She screamed. I opened my eyes to see her in her human form, looks like she had changed back.

"Tell me where your master lives, and il let you go"

I looked at Harry and Zayn, they looked at each other, then me. I used my vampire powers to talk to them in our minds.

We agreed we wouldn't tell her, even if it meant being killed. It would be going against the rules of our master by telling her the location of the den.

"You have ten seconds to tell me, or you all blow up" she grinned, showing her disgusting yellow teeth. I felt sick.

I looked at Zayn, he was looking at Harry, Harry was looking at Charlie's dad.

I saw a shadow in the background behind Susan.

"Say goodbye to your lives."

Before she could push down the trigger, the figure behind her did a neck lock, through the detonator over at grass, and shoved a flame down her throat!

She fell to the floor with her hands round her neck trying to spit the flame out, her body started to cave in, she screamed in pain. Her eyes went black and fell flat on the floor. She was dead.

I looked up at the figure to see who it was, it was Josh, he must of got out of the house in time.

"You're welcome." He smiled. He walked over to all of us and one by one he untied us. The rope had rubbed my skin raw a bit but I'm sure il live.

"Let's go home"

Plus I've also hurt my fingers and wrist which is annoying
