Half a year after Prologue, we're here.

I remember the questions and doubts I got and felt when I decided to write this story, initially mixing up my favorite pairings. Believe it or not, it was awkward for me too at first. Pero wala eh, pinaglihi yata ako talaga sa topak. Haha! It was never an easy journey writing this, to be honest. It did not help that I'm not really a writer, and I just tried making the ideas in my head into something concrete and decent enough for publishing. So ang dami kong gustong pasalamatan.

To Alyssa, Kiefer, Bea and Thirdy in real life, thank you for being my muses. Your stories are too opposite, too contradicting, too colorful, too inspiring and I hope CoH gave justice to them even if this is just fiction.

To Ly, Kief, Bae-a, and Thirds of CoH, sorry kung napagod kayo kakabyahe. HAHAHAHA! Kidding aside, you guys will always be special to me. Even if it was tough journey going here, you all deserve a happy ending because you were so brave in taking chances. I wish I can learn how to do it soon. Enjoy Singapore, lovebirds! 💕😂

(Naks!) But seriously, all these things from all of you are the same reasons why I found myself opening my laptop to write. Kahit na minsan, nakaka-pressure, samahan mo pa ng mga death threats. Hahaha!

To those who told me that Change of Hearts changed an aspect of their lives; mapa-usapang love man 'yan, faith, friendship, thank you for appreciating why I had to break your hearts over and over. I also want to say my apologies for all the errors, plot holes, and illogical scenes in this story.

To all the places I went to, bars and beers, coffee shops and cakes, restaurants with wifi, people in real life I met who helped me putting this story together, maraming maraming salamat sa inyo. You'll probably never know that the not-well-known-fangirl side of me was able to pull this story off because of you but still, thank you pa rin. Hehehe

This might be a short story compared to others, and this is definitely not the greatest one but I do earnestly hope that whenever you are lonely, or lost, or with pieces of your heart scattered on the floor, you find yourself here. May this story remind you that someday, we're all going to find out why we have to bear a lot of pain in our lives. And when that day comes, we're all going to start getting better.

Till then,

J.
