A/N: this chapter could be for the people that ship Corey and Elizabeth... You're welcome.
K Bye ✌~
The wind blew against her hair as she whistled in the wind. She was now sitting at the local park, not far from her house that they came across one day.
She sketched any and everything that came up in her mind. Her mind was at peace, meaning that her eyes where a glistening teal blue.
She swung her legs to the unplanned beat in her head as she stroked her pencil against the tablet creating intricate patterns for the base of her creation.
The noise of 4 plastic wheels against pavement echoed throughout the road as Elizabeth rose her head and narrowed her eyes to see the familiar head of strawberry blonde hair.
"Liz!" He cheered as he caught sight of her noticeable bright blue eyes.
"Hey Corey." She chuckled. She watched as he had attempted to kick flip off the pavement, onto the grassy area, but instead, landed on his back with a grunt. She couldn't help the burst of laughter that erupted from her mouth. She quickly gasped and covered her mouth with wide eyes at the inhumane noise that echoed out.
Corey snorted with a grin. "That was adorable."
Her cheeks flushed bright red at his statement. He sat his skateboard down next to the metal pole as he sat down on the available swing next to her. "That's a very unique twig." Gesturing to the notebook.
Elizabeth held in her laugh. "That's the line that separates alternate dimensions."
His eyes grew wide. "What? That's clearly a tree!"
"You just said twig."
"What's the difference?" There was a silence that filled the air as they both stared into each others irises, before bursting into a fit of unknown laughter.
Her notepad and pens began to fall at the racks her body produced from the laughter. A small frown crossed her face as she crouched down to pick up her belongings, not knowing of the neighboring person mimicking her actions.
Their hands brushed against one another's. Her breath hitching at the contact that never broke apart. They got lost in each others eyes. A swirl of emotion erupting within the two, a pull seemingly as strong as magnetic poles drew them in until their faces was just inches no– centimetres apart.
He slowly placed his free hand to the back of her neck to pull her in, their lips barely brushing against each other before a digital tone echoed the space between them, along with vigorous vibrations.
Elizabeth bit her lip and suddenly found interest in her converses as Corey cursed himself, reaching into his pocket as he answered his cell phone half heartily.
"Hello?"
"Corey." The other end sighed. "Honey, it's 7 o'clock where have you been?" Debby pressed. She tapped her stilettos against the tile of her significant others' home. Joshua just rose his eyebrow getting an idea where his girlfriend's son may be.
"I'm hanging out with Daniel and Philip mom..." He mumbled. Elizabeth furrowed her eyebrows as he plastered a pleading look, holding onto her hand slightly tighter.
"Oh really, Why are you whispering?"
"Were playing silent library?" He said in more of a question.
"Alright, well just get home your dinners getting cold."
He groaned and jammed the red button on the screen while rolling his eyes. "It's my mom." He mumbled. "I'm sorry."
She smiled. "Don't be, I understand. She's probably worried sick and same with my dad." Corey loved that about her. Her empathy that could be easily established between them.
"Plus, I enjoyed your company... I was getting lonely." she spoke softly then thought of her next actions. "I'll see you later– red." She stood on the balls of her feet, placing her hand against his chest for support, and pressed her soft lips to the corner of his before picking up the last of her belongings and walking the distance to her residency.
Leaving Corey's face flustered and confused, he had a burst of energy and an unsettling amount of 'butterflies' in his abdomen as he quickly clutched his skateboard and road the short way home.

She closed the door back with the twist of the lock, still in a daze as she sat down her sketchbook, vulnerable to anything and nearly skipped all the way into the living room.
"Elizabeth? Where you been?" Tyler made his way from around the corner from the kitchen with a cup of warm coffee. Jenna not appearing long after and taking a seat on the couch adjacent to her.
Her mood died down as she had realized what exactly did happen.
"I-I was at the- uh, the park! Like I told you I would." She stuttered upon her words as Jenna smirked and took a sip of her black tea to hide her action."That was hours ago Elizabeth, that doesn't explain exactly what you where doing." Tyler slightly raised his voice.
"I was drawing! Enjoying the peace and quiet." She retorted with less attitude than Tyler.
"Don't get snippy with me young lady!"
"So now I'm a pair of scissors? Dad, I was drawing and then Corey was-" she rambled but was soon interrupted.
"You where with that boy!?" Tyler flipped. He stood from his seat. "I knew it!"
"Tyler calm down..." Jenna tapped the small of his back. As she allowed Elizabeth to continue, reasonably calm of the situation.
"No Jenna. I'm not going to calm down. Our daughter was out there late at night with some kid that clearly gets too comfortable with her for my liking. What where you two doing?"
"Talking." She deadpanned. Jenna nodded and pulled Tyler's arm as she directed him to go upstairs.
"Tyler, their children. Let them be. Go get some sleep."
"But it's like, eight." He groaned.
"Exactly you hypocrite." She rolled her eyes. Tyler trudged up the stairs seeing his defeat.
Jenna on the other hand, running over and placing her chin In her hands. "Tell me everything." Elizabeth couldn't help the smile that spread across her face.
