Chapter 20- Ivy

Zanes POV

I watched Aphmau walk through the hallway to her locker. School was over, and i want to see if that girl bothered Aphmau again. Sure enough, the pink haired girl approached Aphmau with two girls trailing behind her. I knew both of the girls. 

Michi and Sasha. 

Michi is in my math class, and shes a big jerk, not to mention a narcissist. She never shuts up about her rich family. 

Sasha is in my english class. Shes actually really good at writing dark and depressing poems. She always seems so mysterious and quiet.  

"Oh Aphmau! Is that a new shirt? Oh its so ugly. But dont worry! Its not as ugly as you are!" The pink haired girl sneers and the other two laugh. I see Aphmaus eyes fill with tears but she maintains a neutral face. 

"Leave me alone Ivy." Aphmau mumbles. So thats the pink haired girls name. Ivy. 

"Look at that Ivy! The potato is gonna cry!" Michi cheers. I look at the girls disgusted. Pissed, i walk over to the group. 

"I think you three should go away. Take a long walk off a short pier. Hows that sound?" I snap. The three girls laugh.

"Is your boyfriend protecting you Potato?" Sasha says. My face goes red.

"Hes not my boyfriend." Aphmau sighs. The girls do that creepy synchronized laugh again.

"Sasha, why would you even ask that?! This Potato couldnt get a date if her life depended on it!" Michi squealed. Aphmau looked away.

"I mean, thats fine. Her life isnt important anyway." Ivy replied. The girls walk away laughing and I look to Aphmau.

"Do they do this to you all the time?" I asked softly. Aphmau nodded.

"Im so sorry Aph. And you know you are important... right?" I asked. Aphmau nodded again.

She thinks she can fool me that easily....
