Chapter 27- Plan

Aphmaus POV

Zane was absolutely furious. He shut his eyes and was breathing quickly but quietly. After a bit he was calming down, and he opened his eyes again, but instead of showing pure fury, they were filled with sorrow and compassion.

"I will find a way to help you. Even if its the last thing I do on earth." Zane said quietly. I nodded.

"How?" I asked simply. Zane closed his eyes once again, this time in concentration. After a while he opened them and held my hand tighter.

"We are going to do it right now." Zane said looking me right in the eyes. I looked at him shocked.

"We can't do it right now! Where would I go, how would we do it? We need a plan we cant just jump into this!" I said. Zane open his mouth but I put my hand over it.

"Just nod yes that you agree." I said. Zane sighed under my hand making my hand warm, and my face along with it. He nodded slowly and reluctantly. I slowly moved my hand from his face and put it back by my side when my dad walked in.

"Alright, get up. Were leaving." My Dad said and walked out as if he had never entered. I sighed and sat up, causing me to hold my head while I black out for a second.

"Woah! Ok, take it easy! Let me help you." Zane sat next to me on the bed and put my arm around his shoulders, and an arm around my waist. Slowly but surly we got up and I was standing, breathing heavily. We walked out the door into the waiting area with my dad.

"Geez, it took you long enough." My dad said annoyed. Zane tensed up, but ignored it. We walked off to the car, Zane still helping me.

"Zane! Get in, we can drive you home." I said with a shaky smile. Zane looked shocked and so did my dad.

"Please Dad! Just this once! He rode in the ambulance, he doesn't have a way to get home!" I begged my dad.

"He lives near us right? He can walk from our house, im not making extra stops." My dad grumbled and Zane and I both thanked my father.
