Dedicated to ReynugaSelvam
Out to sea the sailors go,
Off to face a common foe,
Their ships, their men, their submarines,
Time passed slowly it seems,
When we wait for our brave heroes,
And as the mighty ocean flows,
We hope it brings our loved ones home.Weary and tired they return to us,
From a hope, a prayer and all that's just,
They return safe, sound and well,
But what about the ones who fell?
Where are they now, in the docks?
The celebration and cheering mocks,
The ones who don't see their loved ones,
Who fell at the cannons and the guns,
Well they sleep lost at sea,
Now it's the job of us and we,
To remember, to respect and forge on,
As the battles, the fights and wars continue their songs.
