Chapter 9

“Fie ano ba ang tagal tagal mo naman malelate na tayo sa meeting!" Napaka mainipin naman ni Slade! Hindi ko kasalanan kung bakit matagal ako gumayak! Matagal talaga ako sa banyo! Wala na siyang magagawa don.
“Oo na para kang tatay! Maybe you should get a girlfriend!” Pang aasar ko dito. "Shut up! Here take this." May inabot siya sakin na kahon. It's a red velvet box. “Ano naman to?” nag tatakang tanong ko dito. "What does it look like?"

"A box?" Inirapan ako nito. "Congratulations! You know what a box looks like. Now open it. We're behind schedule." Napahigpit hawak ko sa kahon. Dahil konti nalang maihahampas ko na sa ulo niya yung hawak ko. "Slade, Shut it! Or I will bash you're head." Hindi naman ito natinag at nag smirk lang sakin. Hindi ko siya pinansin at binuksan ang box. And inside the box is a black mask that covers half of my face. "Ano naman gagawin ko dito?"

“Malamang isususot mo bakit gagawin mo bang bra iyan?” Hindi ko alam kung mababastosan ako o maiirita sa sinabi niya but I chose the later.  "SLADE! ” I screamed at him. Without saying anything I waited for him to explain why I should wear a mask. “Hindi ba sabi ng lolo mo NO ONE SHOULD NOW THAT YOU'RE ALREADY RUNNING THE COMPANY WHILE YOURE STILL STUDYING!” Sigaw din nito sakin. Kaya medyo nagulat ako dito. “BAKIT KA BA SUMISIGAW!” Pag bawi ko dito. Alam ko na mukha na kaming baliw na nag sisigawan but I don't really care cause he really pisses me off.

“I'M NOT SHOUTING! I'M TELLING YOU LOUDLY SO YOU CAN HEAR IT CLEARLY! IT'S TIRESOME TO TELL IT REPEATEDLY! YOU'RE VERY SLOW!" My mouth gaped open and closed it. I wanted to say something back to piss him. " Whatever! You're weird.”

“If I'm weird then what are you? A psychopath?" Nakataas kilay na sagot nito. I give up walang kwenta kausap si Slade! He's very complicated! He pisses me off everytime he opens his damn mouth! When we arrived at the entrance of the company. All eyes landed on us. Not because we came out of a very expensive car but by our mask.

Naharang kami sa entrance ng company. Dahil ayaw kami papasukin ng guard. I can't really blame him. Maski ako mag tataka kung bakit may papasok ng naka mask. Because Slade kept looking at his watch which means we're f*cked up I called my Lolo. And told tge guard to let us in. And when we entered everyone bowed at us.

“Everybody knows that their new boss is wearing a mask. Nataon lang na bago yung guard." Mahinahong sabi nito.

Our stop would be on the 30th floor. While we're on the elevator Slade handed me a folder. "What's this for?" Inirapan lang ako ni Slade. "You're not stupid enough to meet someone you have no background. That's a protocol. Always know who you'll make business with." As if he's stating an obvious fact. I opened the folder and browsed at it. Now I know why I should know them before I make business with them. "Money is a scary resource." Slade smirked. "That's why I'm here. You need to be fearless not just in the ring but in business as well."

When the elevator opened he pushed me towards the door. "Go on! Get in! You can read them later while you're inside." Tingnan ko to ng masam. Kaninang umaga pa niya ako napipikon. Konting konti nalang mapupuno na ako. When I entered the room everyone was shocked to see me. Is it because of the mask?

“Good afternoon. ” Maikli kong sabi sa mga ito at nag dirediretso na ako sa upuan ko. Nag lakad si Slade papalapit sakin at umupo sa Right side ko.

“I’d like to introduce the heiress of DVSR. And the new owner of every DVSR establishments. Miss Black Cat, she's still young and taking pre-course and until she finishes her identity will be kept a secret." I heard them whisper things that annoyed me. I may be young but I know how it works. I was raised to run this company. Thus the reason why Slade is with me. To guide me and train me. "Don't you dare tell me that I'm uncapable to run this company. If I weren't capable enough then explain why I'm here? Don't address me as a teenager. I am the owner and you will accept it. You have no choice. And if you're not happy about it. You are free to leave this room and never come back."
