Chapter 6 - The Song

A few hours had past by and it was now about 2 o'clock, we had finished recording the guitar part for the cover but hadn't finished the voice yet. I had one last chorus to sing but we had made the song slightly longer so we could tell the story we wanted in the video. I looked up at Kian and he said "Ready to do the backing vocal parts?" I nodded as I placed the headphones back on and then the music began to play with the voice part we had already recorded. I sang the last little details and then smiled at Kian. 

He winked at me and said with"Done, we have finished, I was editing the parts as we were going so it's all done, we just need to shoot the video, we could do the first walk by and the park bit now as its still light and that doesn't need any props as we can just use Wishbone?" 

I laughed, but agreed with him and went downstairs to get the boys and Wishbone to go to our first location which was the sidewalk a little bit further down the road than the boys house. Sam wanted to film the video instead of being in it so we let him do it and we set up 3 cameras to get the angles we needed, then played the cover we had just made so we knew when to star going. It took a bout an hour to get the first part done but we quickly packed it all up and moved to the park location.

The 2nd location was done really quickly so we drove past a flower shop and my apartment to get the rose and a guitar and then shot the last part. I had butterflies in my stomach already, Kian wanted to be the love interest and I was the only girl so I had to play that part, But now I was going to have to kiss the guy that I was just starting to become close with, which may change everything and make it all awkward. 

Before though we decided to do the fake wedding scene, So we drove back to my apartment complex and did it on the grassy plains in front of the building. I changed into a white summer dress and kian just put his jacket on. We had bought extra flowers to put in the tree to make it more romantic. And then sam played the priest. It was done pretty quickly as we just pretended to kiss as it was gonna be blurred out for the end to pop up on.

Now for the awkward scene, I changed back into my original outfit and we headed for the beach. This could make or break our friendship lets hope it's the first one. But work was work and you just have to suck it up so I sat on the sand playing guitar as Kian walked by with the rose, he then sat beside me as the guys began to walk by, the annoyance on Kian's face almost looked real and now was my queue to tap him on the shoulder. 

I slowly moved my arm from my guitar and lightly tapped him on the shoulder, Kian turned around slowly and looked right into my eyes, it felt like he had touched my soul, he then looked at my lips and then back to my eyes. I did the same to him and then the perfect moment came as the sun began to set he leaned in a softly placed his lips on mine.

It was like no one was watching and we didn't have 3 cameras on us filming, as I could feel sparks popping inside of me from the moment our lips touched. He deepened the kiss and I could hear the boys literally cheering in the background, and then we both slowly pulled away from each other.

I looked up at Kian who was smiling and I smiled back at him while biting my lip. OMG I JUST KISSED KIAN LAWLEY!!! I thought to myself. Right Lola stay calm show no excitement of you could blow it all! We looked over to the boys who were all winking at Kian, what the heck does that mean? Then I heard sam in the background say  "That wasn't right we are gonna have to do it again…" I thought he was being serious until everyone erupted into laughter bar me and Kian.
