"That might be our ticket to explain all this"
As Mark followed the people in cloaks, Jessie started to explain the "powers" we have.
"Okay, so the powers we have are from having a demon, like I said earlier, and the usefulness and brutality of them deplaned on a few factors." She began, "First, I depends on how old you are when you get your demon. I was very young, so mine were very weak. However, I have been training and getting them much stronger. It is important to train your powers so they don't go away or weaken. The strength of your powers also depend on how your demon treats you and vise versa. If you and your demon get along, you both will have strong powers, but if you bicker and fight, your powers will be weakened of taken away. It's like a reward for getting along... The rest I'll tell you when we get to where we are going.
After a while of following the car we intended to follow, they pulled into the parking lot of a bar. To the right is a big open field, to the left is a variety of other stores and diners. We parked the car and got out.
"Let's go over to the field so we don't destroy anything" Peach said.
"Okay, so I've done this for a while now, so it'll be easy for me, but since it's your first time trying out your powers, it might be difficult" Jessie added as she stuck out her arm and formed a fist. Her fist started glowing orange and what looked like a kind of force field materialized around her hand. It gradually increased in size until her whole body was incarcerated in it. Suddenly, Peach materialized an opaque orange sphere that looked like a bullet and shot it at Jessie. We all let out some form of a screech because Jessie was going to get hit, but after a quick fire of probably 100 orange bullets, Jessie came out of the force field, unharmed. The field seemed to have deflected all the bullets shot at it.
"See? Pretty cool, huh?" Jessie said enthusiastically. "I can also use telepathy with Peach, but I can't really show that to you"

"Now it's your turn"
