-The Next Day-
Mark's POV
"You did what?!"
"I made this thing, and I'm gonna go hang it up so they get the message" I replied.
"So let me get this straight... You made a poster saying that you were 'declaring war' on them and you are going to hag it up in front of Fall's door so she can know that you are trying to kill her?... Why?"
"Jack, this isn't getting any better, and its not going to until we do something about it! We need to fight!"
"Yeah, but is this the way to do it?"
"Yes. It's the only way."
"Hey, you two! It's like five in the morning! Can you please stop bickering like a married couple? Just kiss and make up then GO TO SLEEP" Isabelle said sleepily from her bunk.
"Nah, it's okay Ivy, they do this all the time"
"Shut up Dark"
"You're not any better, Anti"
"You ALL sound like the bickering mountain goats from 'Brother Bear'" Jes yells from her bunk across the room.
"Okay, okay! We'll stop" I said trying to hold back my laughs. We tried to go back to sleep, but I couldn't and I could tell that Jack couldn't either.
"Do you believe in soulmates?" He asked quietly.
"I guess. But there is only like a one in a billion chance that you actually fin them." I replied.
Jack then whispered something, but I couldn't understand it. It sounded like "I guess we're the lucky ones then" but I could be wrong.
That got me thinking... What I have met my soulmate already? What if they die or move on before I get to realize they are my soulmate? Well then, if I have met my soulmate, wouldn't I notice? Who could it possibly be? I wish I just had some sort of way to find them or a sign it's them. At that moment, Jack coughed, scaring the crap out of me. I jumped, hitting my head on the bedpost where I ironically found a sticky note saying something. I can't read it. I guess I'll just wait till morning and then read it. With that, I fell asleep.
The morning came much too soon an I woke up after everyone else. I got up and ready, finally remembering the note from last night. I took it out of my pocket and read it, "It's Jack" I don't know what that means, but I guess I'll go with it.
After I put the sign outside of Fall's door, we immediately started getting ready to fight. This would end it all. Either we would win or we will die trying.
Suddenly, the door of the gym flung open revealing an entire army of warriors led by Fall.
This is it.
