"Chase, I have to leave. I have to gather my thoughts and so do you and John Hunter. I want to stay, but I honestly can't. I'm doing this for all of us. Have a good race this weekend, I'll see you soon." I say as I pick up my bags and head to the cab
I don't know what to do about this situation. I wish my grandpa was here.
My flight landed back home in NC, I got in my car and headed to Alex's house.
"HONEY I'M HOME" I scream as I walk in the door
"Hey Abbi! It's good to have you back" Alex said as he pulled me into a hug
"I thought you would be with John Hunter all weekend?" He asked taking a sip of his coffee
"Oh do I have stuff to tell you" I said, sitting down, pouring a cup of coffee

"So that's why I'm home early" I said taking a sip of my now cold coffee
Alex just sat there with his mouth opened in shock.
"So you mean to tell me that not only does John Hunter Nemechek like you, but so does Chase Elliott?" He asked me, still in shock
"Yep" I said smacking my lips together "Isn't my life just great and totally not confusing" I sigh and roll my eyes
"So what do you think I should do Alex?" I asked looking at him with hopelessness in my eyes
"I can't make that decision for you, Abbi. You have to make it for yourself" he replied
"Aren't you just a load of help!" I sassed off
"Let me ask you this, If you got into a bad accident, whois the first one you would want by your side? he asked me
I took a minute to think about it, but a name was already glued in my brain.
I knew who it was. I knew who I would want to be by my side.
I took in a deep breath and exhaled.
"You know who it is that you want, don't you?" he asked with a smirk on his face
I smiled knowing he knew exactly who I was thinking about.
I pull out my phone and send him a text
My text; It's you.
He quickly replied; I always knew it would be
I feel like the weight of the world was off my shoulders. I finally knew what I wanted, and who I wanted.
