The next morning Genna was a buzz.  Her memories came back every second revealing something new every minute.

“I lived on Olympus until I was thirteen.” Genna told them. “I’m the daughter of Athena and Poseidon. “

“Aren’t you a goddess then,” Sage said as she walked into the kitchen for breakfast.

“I’m the goddess of calm thoughts and calm waters. That’s why I have Athena’s earrings.”

“Can you bring out those earrings for me?” Sage asked. She laid hers on the table and Genna placed hers beside Sage’s.  She examined them closely, “Genna, yours have different color eyes than mine, but the other earrings I’ve seen all have the same color.”

“Maybe they are a weapon of some sort,” Lucy sat back down. “Have you ever tried them on?”

“No, I don’t have my ears pierced,” Genna pulled back her hair to show everyone.

Lucy took one earring and put it in her ear. Once it touched the back and clasped shut she turned invisible. Alvina took the other one and turned herself invisible as well.

“I have a plan,” Sage said. “It involves the fact that Genna is immortal.”

“So I can’t die,” Genna was relieved.

“But what about the prophecy?” Lucy said.

“What prophecy?” Genna stared at her.

“Woops,” Lucy got up and grabbed Genna’s backpack, “I was suppose to tell you where to find it then let you read it, but I was kind of greedy. I read it then put it back in her your bag.” She unzipped the hidden pocket on the bottom of the bag and threw the piece of paper at Genna.

She opened it and found Greek words.

“It says, Dear Genna This is the prophecy. The owl will have a child with one of the three. She will reach every corner of her world, and be loved by one and all but although she is immortal  her death cannot be stalled. Love Mom.”

“I don’t know what to say,” Alvina said. “What about that plan?”

“The only problem is that we don’t know where Olympus is.” Sage got up and paced irately.

“Wait! Hestia got me a mirror me for my ninth birthday.  She’s the goddess of the hearth and home so maybe,” Genna scavenged through her bag and pulled her hand held mirror. “This might be a way home.” She put the morrow in front of her and looked into it.  “Can you show me home?”

The mirror flickered and she saw a view of what was Mount Olympus in Greece. Lucy was shocked, “It’s on Mount Olympus in Greece? You would think it would have moved considering all the tourists.”

‘This will work,” Sage said. “You need to confront Hera then get to Olympus, fast.”

Lucy and Alvina took off the earrings and put them in Genna’s backpack as well as the Taser, pepper spray and wallet. They headed down and checked out of the room. They called for a taxi and were dropped off at Lady-to-Lady Marriage Chapel. Alvina parted from them and ran around the back of the building to find a back door. Lucy put on the earrings and followed Genna and Sage through the front doors. The place was decorated in all pink with an alter and an isle, but no one was in sight. Sage checked in a room and found Chelsea’s pearl earrings. She beckoned for Genna to follow and they crept down the stairs into a dark basement. Downstairs was a very small room with a prison cell, a desk, and a door where hopefully Alvina was waiting on the other side.

Chelsea was sitting on the floor of the cell with her hands in her legs. She was crying from fear and shaking from the cold.

“Chelsea!” Sage ran to the cell and extended her fingertips through the bars trying to touch her.

Chelsea heard her and got up slowly, having to brace herself with the bars, “You guys can’t be here. Hera will come back and kill us all.”

“It’s o.k. Chelsea. Genna is going to save us. We have a plan.” Sage laced her fingers through hers.

A light appeared under the door, and a tall dark haired woman walked into the room.

“Hi, Hera nice to see you again. The last time I had the pleasure you tried to poison me,” Genna crossed her arms.

“I remember quite well, but my have you grown!” Hera strolled over. Her high heels making a irritating noise on the floor as she circled Genna and stroked her hair, “you turned yourself in I see.”

“You have to let Chelsea go now.” Genna said forcefully. Hera opened the cell door and Sage ran in to help the frail Chelsea. The cell door closed behind Sage and Hera laughed, “ You didn’t even bring powerful demigods to help. A daughter of Athena is no match for me.”

“Aunt Hera why do you hate me?” Genna walked away from her in long swinging motions.

“You are perfect, Genna. Athena made you to replace me as Queen of the Gods. The only thing I could think of us to kill you and send you to Tartarus so I may remain queen,” Hera took out a dagger.

“But I don’t want to be Queen,” Genna said. “Nobody ever asked me.”

Hera stalked her, You are mortal right now. The gods transformed you so I would not be able to find you, and I actually couldn’t for awhile, but now that I have you can die.”

Chelsea was close to tears, but Sage was eying Hera hoping that her well thought out plan would work.

“I will give you a fair fight, but remember the prophecy.” Hera positioned herself for combat. Sage signaled with her hand at the thin air. Genna’s backpack opened itself and the pepper spray floated in mid-air. It moved swiftly and sprayed the goddess in her perfect eyes then fell to the ground. She hollered in agony, but then regained herself and lunged for Genna, thinking she caused it.

Hera knocked Genna to the ground. She cringed from the weight of the goddess on top of her. Genna tried to get away, but she knew the prophecy and she would follow the plan.  Chelsea screaked as the dagger pierced Genna’s heart.
