"Patrick, what'd I say about getting some fucking sleep!?" Brendon yelled angrily.  He rubbed makeup over the bags under my eyes.

"I kept having a nightmare okay?" I snapped.  He sighed.

"Happy Birthday" he mumbled.  He handed me a present.  I smiled at him and tore it open.  "For your something blue.  A blue tie" I smiled at it.

"Thank you Bren" I hugged him tightly.

"Let's get you ready for your wedding okay?" I nodded.  He went back to trying to make my bags disappear.  "What'd you have a nightmare about?"

"My mom and dad" I mumbled "They came to my wedding, and took Peter into the car and smashed it up.  They killed him" He frowned at me.

"Jeez that's rough" he said.  I nodded.  "Are you having second thoughts?  Because if you wanna run away I'll drive you.  That's what best friends do"

"Thank you, but I'm not.  I mean I am, but everyone does.  It's the happiest day of my life to be quite honest.  I'm gonna spend my life with my other half" He smiled and nodded.

"His brothers a bit scary" he mumbled.

"So are you" I laughed.  He smiled rubbing some makeup on my nose.

"That's my job" he said.  "Okay, you look human.  Here drink some coffee.  Maybe you'll feel human" I took the mug from him and sipped it.

"Where's Pete?" I asked.

"Your house" They made us follow tradition.  No seeing each other before the wedding.  I never realized how lonely I was without that man until Brendon forced me to sleep without him.  He even took my phone so I couldn't text him and I knew Pete was pacing holes in the floors worried sick.  Mr. Overprotective.  I sighed sipping my coffee again.  "Whats wrong?"

"I know Peters probably worried sick.  He's gonna flip out until he knows I'm safe"

"Let him flip" He said.  I nodded feeling way too guilty.  I took a large gulp finishing the coffee off.

"How long do we have?"

"About an hour" I nodded.

"That means we should get dressed"

"Okay"
-----
I checked myself in the mirror for the 20th time.  I felt really unemotional about my wedding day and that wasn't good.  I sighed a little then looked over at Brendon and Ryan.

"Whats wrong Patrick?" Ry asked gently.  I smiled.

"I'm just a little fucked up that's all" They both frowned.

"I'm sorry" Brendon whispered.

"It's not your fault Bren" Someone knocked on our door.  Petes brother.

"It's time" he said.  I nodded.  I was gonna walk down the isle.  Obviously.  Brendon was giving me away.  His dad offered but, I knew it would be better if it was Brendon and his dad understood.  Ryan and Petes brother linked arms.  Then it was Ashlee and Brendons dad who I made a groomsmen.  Then, Bren and I were going in last.  I held onto Brendons arm.

"Maybe running isn't such a bad idea" I mumbled.  I shuffled my feet a little.

"Any time, say the word.  I'll drive the car" He smiled down at me.  I smiled up at him.

"Don't let me fall okay?" I asked when the music cued.

"Never" He said.  Ash and Brendons dad went in.  "Are you ready?" he asked.

"Surprisingly no, let's go" I said.  I took a deep breath and we walked in.  I stared at my shoes as I walked down until I got about halfway there.  I met Petes eyes and smiled.  He smiled back.  He looked about as nervous as I did.  Brendon stopped and smiled at me.

"Any time, I'll have the car ready" I laughed a bit.  "But until then, I'm proud.  And happy.  I'm glad you found love" he kissed my cheek and helped me onto the stage.  Pete grabbed my hands pulled me up the rest of the way.  I was shaking.   Very badly.

"Are you okay?" he asked.  I nodded gulping.  We smiled again at each other.  He looked so beautiful there.  His smile met his eyes.  I could spend my whole life looking at him.  And I planned to.  Everything went by so fast.   The vows, the priest talking, then we got to my vows.  I wanted to puke.  Pete smiled at me.  Fuck.  That smile.  Dammit.

"I hate speaking" I whispered.  Everyone laughed.  Including Pete.  "Uhm,  please excuse how awkward I am.  Peter, I'm in love with you.  Why else would I be standing on this stage?  God knows I'm better with words and keeping my cool in stressful situations.  And maybe thats why we're here.  Maybe we even each other out.  I don't ever wanna leave your side.  I never will.  God knows, you certainly are my other half" I took a deep breath "Love was very new, Love was never true, love was never simple, then I met you" Poetry.  The one thing I actually could do.  He smiled widely.  I slid his wedding ring onto his finger.

"Peter, Do you take Patrick as your husband, in sickness and health, in good and bad times, forever and always, until death do you part?" he asked.  Pete nodded.

"I do" he whispered.

"Patrick, Do you take Peter as your husband, in sickness and health, in good and bad times, forever and always, until death do you part?"

"I do" I said smiling.

"I now pronounce you legally married.  You may kiss" He said.  Pete grabbed my face and kissed me.  Of course, I kissed back.  It'd be awkward if I didn't.  He smiled and pecked my lips again.  When he pulled himself away I grabbed him and pulled him back.  He laughed then kissed me back.  I felt tears fall down my cheeks.  I finally let him end the kiss.  He hugged me tightly.  Everyone around us cheered.  Pete knows a lot of people.  I smiled widely at the ceiling.  Like I was thanking god even though I didn't believe in him.  This truly was the happiest day of my life.
-----
"Wait why is it traditional to feed each other cake?" I asked the crowd surrounding us.  No one answered but they all laughed.  Thank you that answers my question.  We linked arms holding out forkfuls of cake to each other.  He bit his then I bit mine.  Everyone cheered.  Pete looked at everyone and smiled.  I smirked.

"Peter" I said.  He looked back at me.  I shoved the cake in his face.  It fell to the ground.  Everyone went silent.  His entire face was dripping in icing.  "Happy wedding day bub" He smirked and grabbed his piece.  He shoved it on my face.  I laughed a bit.  Everyone awed.  He grabbed some napkins wiping all the cake off and picked up a knife.

"Who wants cake?" he asked.  I giggled.
-----
I didn't dance.  I never dance.  It was funny to watch Pete dance.  We had our dance together but that was about all I did.  I'd never seen Pete so happy and free.  It was a nice sight.

"Baby" He came over to me "Baby, come dance with me" He laughed.

"A-are you drunk?" I laughed.

"Yes!  Come dance with me!" He begged.  He grabbed my hands and pulled me to the dancefloor.  He started sway with me to the fast song.  He said something but I couldn't hear over the music.

"What!?" I yelled.  He laughed.  He pressed his mouth to my ear.

"I said I love you Patrick Wentz" He smiled.
