I'm Not So Bad.

Chapter 4

River's pov.

It has been a week since I've started college here. I don't mind it. I was currently walking to my photography class, while texting Mike on my phone. I was running extremely late

Oh well.

I came up to the photography lecture door and opened it, still looking at my phone.

"You're late" I heard a grumpy voice say.

"No really I couldn't tell" I said in a sarcastic voice looking up from my phone.

The professor made an annoyed huff. "Take a seat Mr. Daniels" He said more annoyed.

"I was planning on it" I said putting my phone in my pocket. I looked around for a seat, when my eyes landed on that beautiful girl from my first day here. I saw a empty seat beside her and I smirked. I started walking towards her, my eyes never leaving hers, until she looked away, shifting uncomfortably in her seat, my smirk grew wider. I plopped down in the seat beside her.

"Hello" I said.

"Hi" She said with a small gentle smile on her face before looking away.

I just stared at her, taking in her beautiful face. Usually I don't like dating or like girls, I don't like her it's just I am interested in her. I don't know why I'm so attracted to her, she's a good girl that probably has a perfect life. I bet anything her parents are rich and that she is a daddy's girl. I can't stand stuck up rich people. But she doesn't seem like she's stuck up. I still don't know her name. I should ask her, so to get her attention I poked her with my pencil. She ignored me so I poked again, she ignored it again, so I started poking her a little harder over and over again.

"What?" She whisper snapped. She turned to look at me, annoyance written all over face. I started getting lost in her beautiful brown eyes. I snapped out of my thoughts, remembering what I was gonna ask her.

"What's your name?" I asked 

"None of your business" She said annoyed.

What have I ever done to her?

"Feisty I like it" I said with my usual smirk.

She rolled her eyes.

"I'm River" I said holding my hand out for her to shake. 

She looked at my hand and shrugged, and looked away.

The Fuck, what crawled up her ass and died?

Five minutes later class ended, and I was staring at her the whole time, and she didn't even spare me a glance. She sprang out of her seat and scurried out of class, I got up and started walking over to my dorm.

I got to the dorm, and walked in to see Mike and Rebecca sucking each others faces off. 

"Whoa guys really?" I asked

Rebecca looked at me and shrugged.

"Let's go to Cindy's" Mike said

I nodded and so did Rebecca.

When we got there we took our normal seat, and ordered our food. We were eating when I heard the Cafe door open, I looked up curios, and saw that girl, I still don't know her name. She didn't see me and sat down, with a newspaper, a few seats away from us. That's weird she is reading the newspaper why isn't she playing on her phone? I couldn't stop staring at her, Mike and Rebecca didn't notice, because they were to busy sucking each others faces off again.
