Chapter 14

River's pov

(Continuing from chapter 12)

5 hrs later

I have been here for the past 5 hrs waiting for Ocean to be done with work so I can hang out with her. I saw Ocean go to the back and come back out. She started walking over to the the door making me quickly grab my jacket and stand up.

"Ocean wait" I said 

She stopped and turned around to look at me. She smiled so I smiled back.

"What's up?" She asked when I reached her.

I got really nervous but talked anyway.

"I....umm.....was wondering if.....you wanted to....hang out?" I asked still nervous.

"Sure"

I relaxed and smiled. I grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the Cafe. When our hands touched I felt the normal sparks I feel whenever we touch. We got to my bike.

"How is your bike here? I thought you walked here with me" Ocean asked curios.

"Oh I parked it here this morning and then went for a walk, then I bumped into you" 

"Oh"

We got on the bike and drove off. When we reached the spot I parked my bike and we hopped off. Ocean looked at me confused.

"Are you gonna try and kill me?"She asked crossing her arms.

She is so cute

"No, I just have something to show you" I laughed

She nodded and followed me. When we reached the spot I stopped. I felt Ocean bump into my back. She looked at the view in awe.

She looked at me and hugged me, I was surprised at first but I hugged her back. We pulled back and smiled at each other.

"This is beautiful" She said

"Not as beautiful as you" I said before I could stop myself.

She looked down and blushed.

So cute.

I put my thumb under her chin and softly tilted her head up.

"You don't have to hide when you blush it's cute"

She blushed deeper and quickly kissed my cheek. She turned around and walked to the edge of the cliff. I stood there shocked, I touched my cheek and smiled, I then walked up behind her.

"Do you like it?" I asked once I reached her.

"I love it"

"Do you want to sit and play a game?" I asked sitting down

"Sure" She said sounding happy.

She sat down beside me.

"So what game do you want to play?" I asked

"Ummm....20 questions?"

"Cool you go first"

We played for a little while and I found out that she liked art, her favorite color was green, She has had a boyfriend, and her favorite food was pasta.

"Do you like anybody at the moment?" She asked

"Uh ya kinda" I said blushing.

"What's her name?"

"I can't tell you"
