I'm Not So Bad.

Chapter 32

River's pov.

It has been a week since Ocean has woken up out of her coma. We are back together, which makes me very very very happy. Our lives our getting back on track and we couldn't be more happy.

In about a hour I am taking Ocean out on our first date since she has woken up. I think I am just gonna take her to Cindy's then take her to a park that she's never been to before.

"Hey man?" Mike asked

"Yeah?"

"I was wondering if I could borrow some hair gel"

"Why?"

"Because I ran out, and me and Rebecca are going to a party" He stated

"Okay fine just don't use it all"

"Cool thanks man" 

I nodded and continued getting ready. I put a white shirt on with black jeans, I then put on the watch Ocean got me for Christmas. I threw on my cross necklace, and the cologne Ocean likes. I looked at the time to see I still had half an hour. So I just played on my phone.

I looked at the time to see it's time to go. I got off my bed and walked to Ocean's dorm. I knocked on the door, and waited. A minute later she opened the door she looked beautiful as always. I checked her out really quickly even though I could stare at her all night. I saw her checking me out also so I decided to pick on her.

"You done checking me out?" I asked smugly.

"Nope" She said surprising me.

She looked at me up and down.

"Now i'm done"

She grabbed my hand and we walked to my Motorcycle, I drove to Cindy's Cafe and we hopped off. We walked in and sat down and smiled at each other.

"So do you feel better?" I asked

"Much, thanks to you"

Awe.

"Hey kids what can I do for ya?" Cindy asked once she reached us.

"We will have our usual's" I said.

Ocean nodded and smiled, Cindy walked away smiling.

We made small talk until our food came. Cindy handed us our food and then walked away. We ate silently, until I broke the silence.

"I'm glad we are back together" I said speaking my mind.

"Me to"

"So did you know our whole love story is on my camera?"

"Really?"

"Ya here I will show you" 

I pulled out my camera and handed it to her, she was looking through the photos when she laughed.

"What?" I asked

She showed me the picture of when she was holding my ear an she was smirking.

"Oh god I remember that, you know that hurt like a motherfucker?" 

"Of coarse it did. I did it" She stated smugly.

I laughed and shook my head.

Only my Short Cake.

We finished eating and left. We hopped on my bike and left to the park.

We stopped at a park, and hopped off my motorcycle. We started walking down the trail that circles the park.

"This is a nice park" Ocean said after a few minutes.

"Yup that's why I took you here"

She laughed.

"I have a question" I said

"What's up?"

I stopped walking so did she.

"Do you think we will ever have kids?" I asked looking in her eyes.

She blushed and looked down.

"We better" She mumbled

"Good because I want a football field"

"Oh no" She said shaking her head.

"Why not?" 

"I'm not pushing out that many kids"

"What, oh come on"

"Hey you won't be the one carrying them for nine months"

"True" I muttered

I chuckled, and ruffled up my hair and started walking away.

What am I going to do with her?

"Hey wait" I said

She turned around with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes baby?" She asked making my heart flutter.

"Do you think we will ever get married?" 

"Well, if we are gonna have kids we better be married first"

"Good, because I am planing on marrying you"

"Oh really?" She crossed her arms cutely.

"Yup" I nodded

"What makes you think I will agree to marry you?"

"Because you love me"

She huffed.

"That's true, I do love you so much"

"Awe I love you to" I said faking a baby voice.

She chuckled and hugged me. I spun her around making her squeal adorably. Once I put her down she gave me a kiss on the cheek.

Oh no.

"Nope you missed"

She shook her head and smiled she smashed her lips to mine.

Yup, this girl is gonna be the death of me.
