River's pov.

I was so board. Mike and Rebecca were on a date, and Ocean is nowhere to be found. I wanted to hang out with her today, but since I couldn't find her that's not an option. I was currently laying on bed and throwing a ball in the air.

I can't believe I like her. Ocean I mean. I wanted to ask her on a date, but I don't think she likes me. I have never had a girlfriend before, well I have been a bad boy player my whole life. I've never liked a girl. Especially a good girl like Ocean. There is just something about her that makes me feel like I can talk to her about anything. I feel like she is hiding something. No scratch that I know she is hiding something. You know what? I am going to find her.

I got up from bed and grabbed my phone and left.

........................

Where the hell is she?

I have looked everywhere for her. Wait there is one more place I could look. I walked up to my bike and hopped on. I roared my engine and sped out of the parking lot. I parked my bike once I got to Cindy's. I walked in the bell ringing above my head.

There she is.

She was behind the counter and looking around. I walked up to the counter curios.

"What are you doing?" I asked

She jumped and turned around and once she saw me she smiled.

"Hey River" She said

"Hey Shortcake so...what are you doing?"

"Oh I applied for a job here, I start Monday but I am looking around to get to know the place"

"Cool" I said happy that she applied for a job.

"I was actually just leaving" she said snapping me out of my trance, that I always seem to go in when I look in her eyes.

"Oh do you have any plans?" I asked getting nervous.

"No I was just gonna go back to my dorm and watch TV" She said shrugging

"Do you want to take a rain check on that?"

"Maybe what do you have in mind?"

"Umm....I know you moved here a month ago, but you never really got to know the area so....I thought maybe I could show you around the city"

"That sounds cool" She said smiling.

"Cool" I said sounding cool, but in the inside I was really nervous and excited at the same time.

What is this girl doing to me?

She walked around the counter and walked passed me, and went outside.

The Fuck?

I went outside to see her by my bike, I raised an eyebrow at her, she shrugged.

"Say hello to my baby" I said pointing at my motorcycle.

She laughed.

I love her laugh.

"Wow he really does love his bike" She muttered to herself.

"I do" I said

"I said that out loud?"

"Yup" I said

I hopped on my motorcycle, and looked up at her, I expected her to start complaining about how much she hates motorcycles, but she surprised me by jumping on my bike seeming excited.
