I'm Not So Bad.

Charter 6

River's pov.

I was sleeping when I heard Mike's phone start to ring, he picked it up.

"Hello.....Hey baby.....What?.......Ummm that doesn't sound good.....I will get River we will be there in a sec" He hung up and looked at me with a worried face.

"Wha-" I got cut off when I heard a really loud scream coming from the girls room.

We both bolted out of our dorm and banged on the girls dorm. The door opened, reviling a worried Rebecca.

"What the fuck was that scream about?" I asked panicked

"It's Ocean she's screaming in her sleep" She said worried

I walked in the room to see Ocean sleeping.

"Did you try waking her up?" Mike asked

"Yeah but she won't get up" 

"Please go away......Please go.....please" Ocean said while squirming in her sleep.

"Ocean get up" I said shaking her.

"Please go away" She whispered in her sleep.

"Ocean get up" I said shaking her again.

Her eyes opened and she shot up with a panicked expression on her face. She looked around and seemed to calm down, when she saw us her face grew confused.

"Um...hey...guys?" She said more confused

"What the fuck" I said worried and angry.

"What?" She asked looking clueless.

Why is she clueless...she was screaming in her sleep?!

"You were screaming bloody murder and kept on repeating please go away in your sleep" I explained.

Her expression changed from confused to embarrassed.

"Yeah what were you dreaming of?" Rebecca asked

She didn't answer and looked down at her lap.

"You don't have to answer we are just worried" Mike said in a calm voice.

"Guys i'm fine it was just a dream" She said looking up.

Just a dream really Ocean that was obviously not just a dream.

"Just a dream are you fucking kidding me?!" I asked blowing up, she flinched at my tone.

The Fuck?

"Guys can we just forget about it, i'm fine"

"Okay" We said all at the same time.

She smiled and got up, and grabbed her clothes and went to the bathroom.

"Alright you ready to go Shortcake" I asked

"What?" Ocean asked

"I said are you ready to go Sho-" She interrupted me. 

"No I heard what you said, its just Shortcake really?" 

"Yeah, let's go Shortcake"

I started calling her Shortcake, because she is sweet like cake and is short.

"Hey River?" She asked when we were on our way to our Photography lecture.

"Yes Shortcake"

"Why are you taking Photography?"

"Because I have always liked Photography. You?"

"Same"

We reached the lecture door and walked in, and went to our seats. She started taking her stuff out I was staring at her to see if I can figure her out.
