My Monday morning 8:00 alarm goes off, signaling it's time to get up and get ready for school. As I get up and head to the shower, I think about what happened last night. Someone was following me. It could just have been some drunk, I tell myself, throwing the thought of being following out of my mind.
After showering, I change into a white top and some jeans, then put on some makeup.

I head downstairs with my shoes and my purse in my hand. Since I have time, I decide to actually make breakfast for once. Turning on Netflix and starting Scream, I take out some eggs and bacon, putting them in a frying pan and cooking them. Once my food is done, I sit down at my kitchen table and continue watching Scream while eating breakfast. After I eat, I quickly brush my teeth, put on my shoes, and head out the door to meet up with Isabelle.
"Hi Izzy!" I say, giving her a hug.
"Hey, nice shoes girl" she says, looking down at my black high heeled boots. I love these shoes so much, they're gorgeous.
"Thanks!" I say as we start walking towards school.
"So what happened last night?"
"Well when I was walking home from the restaurant, I got that feeling of being followed and I heard footsteps behind me. Every time I stopped they stopped. When I picked up my pace, the footsteps went faster, so I called you right away to tell you what was going on. I'm glad Logan and Daniel got there so fast."
"Me too. They can be assholes sometimes, but they'll always look out for us. It's good they were so close by."
"Oh and speaking of Logan, he asked me on a date while we were still at the restaurant."
"Aw that's so great! What were you guys talking about?"
"We talked about a lot of stuff, we were talking for hours, that's why I went home so late. He offered to walk me home but I said no because I thought everything would be fine."
"Well that was probably not the best choose mate."
"You don't say" I say while rolling my eyes at her.
"I have to go meet up with Daniel, so I'll see you in second period girl"
"Okie see you. Have fun ditching first period and leaving me alone."
"You don't be alone, Logan will be there" she calls out while walking away.
I sigh and start walking to first period. I wish I could just ditch first period like Isabelle and Daniel. They're probably just gonna be making out in the empty hallway for the whole class. Oh well, at least Logan is in first period with me.
