Bonding With My Kidnapper

I wake up and sit up in bed. It's nice to not be woken up early by my alarm. I've been here for four days now, and it honestly hasn't been that bad. Maybe it's because the man is nice to me, or maybe it's because I don't have much of a life at home. Yeah I have friends and stuff, but my mom is never around. My dad left years ago, and I pretty much never see my mom since she's a flight attendant and is always traveling. Logan will move on soon, I'm sure there's lots of girls that want him.

The hardest part of this is leaving Isabelle. We've known each other since fifth grade, and are like sisters. She's the only family I have. Maybe when the kidnapper shows me his face he'll let me call her and explain what's going on. She's probably really worried about me.

I look at the clock that's hanging on the wall and see its 10:00 in the morning. I hope the man comes down soon, it's really boring in this room. After a little while, the door opens and the man comes downstairs.

"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" He asks as he approaches my bed.

"I guess I slept okay. It's kind of creepy sleeping down here, but I managed not to have nightmares about the movies we watched yesterday."

"Haha yeah sorry about that. I'm just addicted to scary movies."

Isabelle is addicted to scary movies, it's pretty much all she ever watches. She's also obsessed with listening to true scary stories. God I miss her. Oh crap I can feel tears starting to pool in my eyes. No. I'm not going to just randomly start crying in front of him.

"Hey, it's time to change your bandages again" he says softly, coming and sitting on the side of the bed.

I nod, trying to focus on not crying. Then, he scoots up and sits next to me, wrapping his arms around me in a comforting hug. For some reason, just feeling his muscular arms around me makes me feel safe and calms me down, stopping me from crying. After a few minutes, he stands up and carries me bridal style into the bathroom to change my bandages.

"Have a shower first, then I'll come in and change your bandages" he says, handing me a new bundle of clothes.

Sweatpants again, but I don't mind since I'm not going anywhere. Hopefully he'll take me shopping soon, or at least let me go get my clothes from my house.

"Thank you" I say as he walks out, shutting the door behind him.

After I take a quick shower, which is very unusual for me, I get out and change into the clothes the man left me.

I open the door and signal for him to come in

I open the door and signal for him to come in. I sit on the counter and he gets to work.
"Your wrists are healing quickly, that's good" he says while unwrapping the old bandages and replacing them with new ones.
