Kidnapped By Josh Dun

Chapter 34

It's been a couple days, and I've been asking Josh every day if we can go somewhere, but he always says no and that he can't lose me.

Yeah he's definitely gonna lose me by taking me to a store or a restaurant. Technically all the Tyler problems started in a store because of my missing poster, but that was almost two months ago and that's besides the point.

I'm going to lose my mind if I have to stay in this house. There has to be a way of convincing Josh to take me out of the house at least a few times every couple of weeks. Yes it's a big house and there's a lot to do, but still having the same surroundings every single day is horrible. While I'm sitting here wallowing in my misery, an idea comes to my head.

I bet if I make him a nice dinner, and act charming and very flirty, he won't know I'm trying to manipulate him, and he wouldn't be able to keep saying no. Plus I do make a very good pouty face when it's needed, not to mention I'm a good cook.

I need to get my hands on something that will help me with my escape, like sleeping pills I can use to drug Josh. If we go somewhere, I might be able to get ahold of something useful. Anything. I then realize that I have no clue how I'm planning to escape.

That's just great.

I make a mental note to spend a lot more time working on my plan, and to make a list of what I'll need. If I can drug Josh, then all I have to do is find the keys for the door or the windows, and I'm free.

Then comes the hard part of running off as fast as I can before Josh wakes up. If I can't get sleeping pills, I'll either have to knock him out, or somehow lock him in a room. Neither of those options are as easy or effective as sleeping pills, so I hope I can somehow get some.

Now for the dinner plan. Time to find out what Josh likes to eat so I can plan a romantic evening for Josh and I.

Josh has been in his studio/office since breakfast but it's getting late, and I know he told me not to bother him, but I'm getting very bored and a girl can only watch so much Netflix in one day, so I'm gonna take a chance on going in his office and hope he doesn't kill me.

I decide to put together a sandwich for Josh as a piece offering before going into his office.

Best girlfriend award goes to...

I smile at myself as I put the completed, delicious looking sandwich on a plate with some potato chips. Damn if Josh doesn't eat this sandwich I definitely will.

I walk out of the kitchen and turn into the hallway, knocking lightly on the door before opening it slowly. Josh is sitting at his desk writing something, and looks surprised to see me.

"I thought I would bring you something to eat" I smile and hold the plate out to him as I walk closer.

"Damn babe you read my mind, I'm starving. But I thought I told you not to come in here" Josh says as he looks at me a bit sternly.

"I know I'm sorry but I was bored and got tired of Netflix a while ago" I reply as I walk in front of him and surprise both of us by sitting on his lap, snuggling into his muscular chest.

"Damn where did this sudden cuddliness come from?" Josh asks with a small chuckle as he wraps his strong arms around me.

"I don't know. Must be the weather" I mumble into his chest.

Josh chuckles again. "Yeah must be. I'm not complaining at all. Feel free to do this as often as you want princess."

"Thank you baby. So what are you working on?" I ask with my eyes closed as Josh gently strokes the back of my head.
