"Both of us?!" Ben cried. "Why does Father need both of us?! How in the world does that make any sense?!" "Listen, Ben, he needs both of you for an unknown reason but, even though he is not close to the leader of our pack," The male wolf growled, "I have to get you and Madeline. Now, let's go!" The male wolf led Madeline and Ben to the center of the cave where the wolf pack was waiting. Mother wolf and Father wolf are there. "Mother! Father!" Ben cried, as he and Madeline stopped in front of their parents. "What is happening?! Do you have a reason for bringing both of us here?" "Yes, Ben." Mother wolf said kindly. "There's something we need to tell both of you." "Please tell us, Mother." Madeline said. "If it is a punishment, I will kindly take whatever happens in order to make up for running off. What is my punishment?" "Listen, Madeline. I really hate to tell you this," Father wolf said reluctantly. "but, both of you will have to face punishment." "What?!!" Ben roared in anger. "Why am I facing punishment?!!? What did I even do to face punishment?!!" "You have been yelling at your own sister countless times, Ben!" A she-wolf growled. "Why do you think we have gathered here, huh?!!" "Silence!" Father wolf growled. "That is not the reason why Ben is being punished!" "Then, what is it?!!" A male wolf roared angrily. "We need to know the truth from the wolf who doesn't know the first thing about leadership!!" "THAT'S ENOUGH!!!" Father wolf roared. "Why can't everyone behave like Alphas instead of Omegas?! I make the decisions for my family!! No one else!!" No one said anything...but, Ben began to speak angrily. "There can't be any reason for my punishment or Madeline's, despite the fact she disobeyed you and the powerful humans!!!" Ben roared angrily. "Punishing Madeline will not change anything or solve your seditious problems!! She loves humans and, even though I despise humans, I respect her interest, and she doesn't deserve this kind of stress!!" Everyone gasped in horror when Ben called Father wolf's problems, "seditious". Father wolf ran right towards Ben and shouted, "Do NOT tell me how to raise my children!! I am your Father!! You need to be listening to me right now and not think about how you are feeling!!" Everyone gasped louder, even Madeline. Tears rolled down Ben's eyes. He suddenly ran out of the cave room, crying. "Ben, come back!" Madeline cried out. "He did not mean it like that! Please come back!!"
Hello. This is Mr. X. But, my friends call me Mr. X. Yes, this is a pretty sad scene. By the way, I know the synopsis of the story said that Madeline is calm, but sometimes, she tends to get upset. Nobody is perfect, but we just have to try our best to be loving and bighearted. Anyway, let's see how Arvid is doing.
Meanwhile at Delaware...
"Arvid?" Williams III called out from the dinning room. "We need you downstairs immediately!" Arvid reluctantly walked down the stairs. He was wearing a long black coat with golden braids, black breeches, light brown pants, black slippers and a red shirt with a golden line in the middle. The tablecloth was as white as snow and the table itself stretched across the dinning room, which was the size of a long hallway and a chandelier hung over the middle of the table. The entrance is at the far left. When Arvid walked in, Williams III stood there, wearing the same clothes as his son, only that HIS coat is blue and, for the first time in history, was smiling when his son came in. "Ah, son. It is wonderful to see you today." He said, much to Arvid's surprise. Williams III was standing next to a young man, wearing a brown vestment with a golden stripe in the middle. "We have a guest with us today. He is a Chaplain from the Christian Church of Delaware." Williams III continued. The man walked towards Arvid and shook his hand. "It is a pleasure to meet you, kind sir." The man said. "My name is Hawkins. Edgar Hawkins." "Charmed." Arvid said, trying to sound polite. "My name is Arvid Williams Sr., last surviving member of the Williams family, and a member of the Delaware Congress. Pleasure to meet you too."
