Sam's POV:

I woke up, feeling Logan's warm breath, breathing onto my chest at regular intervals. I could feel her chest, rising and falling, against my stomach.

I looked at the digital clock on the night stand that read 11:14 am. Doesn't surprise me, considering how late we were up.

I felt Logan start to stir between my arms, which meant within a few moments she'd be awake. I waited and kissed her forehead, causing her to open her eyes and look up at me.

"Good morning, baby girl." I whispered.

"Good morning." She smiled and kissed me.

This is my favorite part of the day with her. Waking up. She looks so beautiful and natural. I'll never get tired of watching her as she opens her beautiful eyes for the first time every morning. I hope one day that I will fall asleep and wake up to her, every single evening and morning.

"C'mon. Let's get something to eat." I said, sitting up and taking her hand in mine.

"But I'm still tired." She sighed but, got up anyways.

"I know, I really wore you out, huh?" I asked suggestively, wiggling my eyebrows at her.

"Oh shut up." She scoffed, hitting my chest with the back of her hand.

We walked downstairs, going into the kitchen, and were greeted by my parents.

My dad sat at the table, drinking coffee and reading the newspaper, as my mom stood at the stove cooking breakfast, which appeared to be scrambled eggs.

"Good morning loves." My mom smiled at us, Logan and I replied with a "good morning".

Logan and I sat at the table with my dad as my mom finished up cooking.

"So, Logan are you going to stay to pass out candy here for trick-or-treat?" My mom asked as she turned off the stove and sat empty plates in front of us.

Wow, is it really Halloween already?

"I would love to but, I have a niece who I promised I'd take trick-or-treating." Logan said, actually seeming sincere about how she'd love to say.

"Oh, bring her here! Not to offend you but, I'm sure the candy around here is better and, I hate to say, possibly safer." My mom smiled.

"Are you sure?" Logan asked as my mom plated the food. I wasted no time and started eating.

"Of course, sweetheart. Besides, I'd absolutely love to meet the little girl." She smiled.

"Okay." Logan grinned.

I found myself getting extremely excited. I was excited to see Savannah in her cute little costume, whatever it may be. I've never been this excited over something like this. But, it's Savannah, who wouldn't be excited to see that little ball of sunshine?

"Alright so, once you're done eating, you and Sammy and can go pick her up and get her ready. I'll go to the store and pick up some candy. What's her favorite candy?" My mom started to ramble to Logan.

"Honestly, anything with chocolate and lots of sugar." Logan chuckled as I finished my plate.

Logan soon finished her plate, we thanked my mom for breakfast then, went upstairs to get ready.

"I'm gonna shower." Logan said, walking towards my bathroom.

"But, I wanted to shower." I whined.

"Fine." She sighed, "I'm only gonna let you shower with me because we don't have time."

I smiled and grabbed her hand and pulled her into the bathroom.
