Manik POV

I had never thought that this feeling can be so beautiful! Last night we consummated our marriage but thats not it infact it managed to raise the extent to which we can love each other! She did so much for this and it was something which I cannot describe in words! The room was a complete mess! And when we realised it in the morning we could do absolutely nothing but burst into fits of laughter after a bit of awkward silence!

I called up to the servants to ask them to clean the mess but ofcourse after we leave! I was waiting here at the dining for Nandini to come when i heard the sound of the heel hitting the wooden staircase! I turned up to witness a completely different Nandini than usual that my heart skipped a beat!

Neither her outfit nor any fancy stuff but her resplendent face like a beautiful earthen lamp lit up on a diwali, her long brownish black tresses that fell up on her forehead, the earrings that shone like a star and lastly but the most vital serene smile that played on her face!

She clicked her fingers in my ears to drive me out of the trance! I stood up from my seat and without any warning I placed my lips on hers to help myself believe that everything here is real! She was taken aback with my kiss but later responded to it with equal fervor! I sucked her lower lip and she did to my upper lip! We kissed like the next minute is the last minute of our lives! Feeling breathless I broke the kiss and touched her forehead with mine!
