Surprise Part 1 Chapter 30

"I'll be fine, the only thing I want you to do is take Landon to Kansas with you please." I told Erik, I haven't been feeling very well lately which I'm going to the doctors to find out why. "Alright, are you sure baby?" Erik asked. "I have everything under control don't worry my aunt is going to take me." I told him. "Ok, call if you need anything ok." He said. "Ok, I will, I'll call to talk to Landon and you while you are gone." I told him. "I'm going to pack." He said. "Ok, I'll pack Landon's things." I told him before we went to the bedrooms.

"I'm going to drop you two off at the airport." I said when the boys were ready to leave. "Ok, I like that idea." Erik said. We went to the airport and I hugged Landon. "You have to listen to daddy and his crew members alright Landon." I said. "Alright mommy I'll listen." He replied kissing me. I put him down then stood up and kissed Erik. "Make sure he's good." I said before they were off. "I'll be lonely this weekend." I said when I got back into the car. I went out to eat then go see Andrea before they left as Joe and JH were already gone. "Are you sure you will be ok?" Andrea asked when I walked into the kitchen.

"Yes, I'm stronger than I look aunt Andrea." I said smiling at her. "Yes you are, and are you sure your aunt will be ok with this?" She asked. "Of course I asked her a few days ago if she would take me tomorrow and she said sure." I told her. "Ok, as long as everything is under control." She replied before I went home since they had to leave. I went home ate then went to bed.

"Are you ready?" My aunt asked as I got into her car the next day. "Yeah, I want to know why I don't feel good but I'm afraid I know why." I said looking down. "Oh, yeah do you think he would be happy?" She asked. "I think so, Landon would be happy, really happy." I said. "Yeah he would be happy." She replied. We got there and waited until my turn, my aunt decided to stay in the waiting room. "What's the matter?" The doctor asked me. "I haven't been feeling well lately." I said. "Could you be pregnant?" She asked. "Maybe." I replied. "Alright we can get an ultrasound done now." She said and brought the machine into the room. I laid on the bed and let the doctor do her thing. "I can hear heartbeats." She said listening. "Heartbeats as in more than one baby?" I asked. "Twins." She replied. "Twins." I said again. "Did you come here with anyone?" She asked. "My aunt, can you get her back here?" I asked giving her my aunts name.

"I am pregnant again." I told her when she came in. "Oh boy, at least baby daddy is around this time around." She replied. "That's not all." I replied handing her the ultrasound pictures. "Twins?" She she questioned. "Yeah twins." I replied. "Erik better be happy." She said before the doctor came back in. "Is the father in the picture?" She asked me. "Yes, I've done all of this before with my first child." I told her. "Ok, how old is your first child?" She asked. "He is almost two." I replied. "Alright well everything is set then." She said before I went to get a next appointment booked.

That night I called Landon and Erik. "Hey Erik, how are things?" I asked. "Good, how are you what did the doctor say?" He asked "I kind of don't want to tell you over the phone but I think I have to." I said. "Don't tell me if you don't want to, I won't be distracted by the news I want to be face to face darling." He said. "Are you sure?" I asked. "Positive." He replied before he gave the phone to Landon. "Mommy?" He questioned. "Hey baby how is daddy taking care of you?" I asked. "Good mommy I miss you." He said. "I miss you too but in a few days we can see each other again." I told him.

"Little monkey are you being good?" I then asked him. "Very good." He replied and I heard Erik say "he is really good, but he does miss you." Which made me smile. "I can't wait to have my boys back here." I told them. "We will be home soon mommy." Landon told me. "Ok, I love you and I'll talk to you tomorrow night little monkey." I said "I love you too mommy." He replied before he gave the phone back to Erik. "I can't wait to see you Zoey." Erik said. "I can't wait to see you either babe, I love you." I said. "I love you too, baby." He said before we hung up. "How am I going to tell them?" I asked looking at the pictures of my babies. "I know the perfect way." I said before going out and getting everything I need.

The next day I had race stuff on the TV and started on the cards since I decided to make both of the boys a card. I looked up and saw the camera crew and they were interviewing Erik who was holding Landon. "You have Landon here with you but I haven't seen Zoey at all is everything good?" The interviewer asked. "Oh yeah everything is fine, Zoey wasn't feeling good before we left she hasn't told me what's going on so we both have to wait until we get home hopefully it's nothing bad." Erik said. "Well hopefully it's just a cold or something like that, I send my best wishes to her, anyways how's the car?" He asked. "It's good, this little monkey isn't letting me do much work but aunt Lindsay came down when she heard Zoey wasn't coming and is helping." He said. Just then Lindsay came on the screen and got Landon. "It's qualifying time." Erik said. "Good luck qualifying today." He said before Erik was shown getting into his car.

"Erik you better do good this race, I love you and Landon." I said over the phone. "I'll do my best, we love you too right Landon." Erik said. "Yeah, we love you mommy." Landon said. "Go show them you deserve to be in the Chase." I said before he had to go for drivers intro and everything. "Hey Maddie are you with Ali?" I asked when she finally picked up. "Yeah why?" She asked. "I need to be on speaker." I told them. "Alright what's up?" Ali asked. "I'm pregnant again." I told them. "Woah another Erik baby?" Maddie asked. "No." I said smiling. "But your, oh." Ali said. "What?" Maddie asked. "I'm having twins." I told them. Maddie and Ali squealed. "How far along?" Maddie asked. "Only a month." I said. "How did you find out so soon?" Ali asked. "I wasn't feeling good and Erik told me to go to the doctors." I told them.

"Well does he and Landon know?" Maddie asked. "They are in Kansas right now so no." I told them. "Will they know when they come back?" Ali asked. "Of course they will." I replied before they said pre race ceremonies were starting. "Pre race things are coming on." I said. "Alright bye Zoe." They said. "Bye Maddie bye Ali." I said. They showed Erik with Landon standing beside him doing whatever Erik did. "That's my baby." I said eating snacks. When the race was over Erik finished in fifteenth place. That night I called them and talked to them then went to bed waiting for the news I have to tell them tomorrow.
