………………… “NO” Iagan ran for me as I disappeared in to the swirling air, he sprawled on the floor “NO” He pounded his fists on the hard wood floor “You did this” he rounded on Seth “you did something to her to make her turn on the Master and kill herself” He pulled out his blade and leapt at Seth. Seth held up a hand holding Iagan in mid air

“I did nothing but give her the truth… do you not think it would have been as easy for me to kill her as send her back to my Father” He shook his head at Iagan “I’ve seen you train you are the best I know that but I also know where you and your sister came from… I do not forget things that were wrong” Iagan struggled against the invisible force that held him in place “I will not fight you Warrior, this is about Kendra”

“Boys can’t you play nice” Star walked into the room “Where’s your sister?” she looked round “Seth?”

“She’s gone” Iagan snarled “she’s walked into her own death” his teeth were clenched “Put me down”

“Do not try to attack me… we can work together to get her back” Seth warned

“Where did she go” Star looked more panicked now “Brae” she called over her shoulder, Seth and Iagan still eyed each other “Cut the Macho bullshit we know he can take your head off and we know we can kill him without a lot of effort” She snapped as Brae walked into the room

“Where’s Kendra?”

“She’s gone to my Father’s house”

“ALONE ARE YOU FUCKING INSANE WHY DID YOU LET HER DO THAT?” Brae yelled

“We didn’t let her she took it on herself to go” Iagan shook his head as he sheathed his blade. “Is it true what you said about her and him” Iagan looked at Seth and pointed to Brae

“It’s the truth” Seth nodded “My Father doesn’t remember because he’s never had a child… he’s created us, Immortals have to be bound to have a child” Brae rubbed his hand over his jaw

“Do we need to keep going on about how I haven’t gotten laid in 3 months “

“I think you need to stop even thinking about her like that she’s going to get killed” Star paced the floor “We need to get Anya away from here”

“One of us has to stay with her” Seth said looking at Iagan “You take your sister to our apartment you’ll be safe there, the three of us will go and bring Kendra home”

“Like hell she is my responsibility as her guardian” Iagan bit “You stay and take my sister to safety”

“For god sake” Star pushed Iagan hard in the chest “Can you will yourself to another place Mortal” she emphasized the mortal “Can you guarantee that you will not be killed as soon as Gregor sees you. It’s a lot easier to kill a mortal than it is to kill one of us and I’m not watching your damn ass in the fight” he glared at her

“Am I asking you to” he faced her, his hands twitching for his blade “I love her and I’m not going to sit by while she could be out numbered… I know the lay out batter than you… I know each and every warrior in there sworn to protect the Master at all cost because I trained all of them including Kendra” a smiled played on Stars lips “You think it’s funny?” he pulled out the blade

“Don’t even try it” star shook her head “and I wasn’t laughing but you admitted to strangers that you love her but you can’t admit it to the one person that needs to hear it… how tough does that make you Guardian” Iagan blinked at her “It’s takes a real man to tell a woman he loves her”

“We’re wasting time” Seth hissed “Star stop playing with him he can stay here while we go he cannot follow”

“I’ll take Anya” Brae butted in

“You miss a fight?” Seth raised an eye brow

‘Did I say that?” Brae smirked “Seth take Star with you Guardian boy can wait for me to come back and I’ll bring him” Iagan coked his head

“Where are you planning on taking her and leaving her” Star pulled a face

“I’ll take her to Joe he can protect her and he will you know that” Star smiled and nodded

“Where are you taking my Sister?” Iagan grabbed Brae

“Okay one I think you need to let go and two I’m taking her to One of Mine and Star’s Guardians for her protection”

“Iagan its okay Anya will be perfectly safe with Joe” Star put her hand on his arm. “Seth you wait and come with Brae I’ll go with Iagan now”

“What?” Iagan and Seth looked at me

“Well egos will end up infighting with you boys so let’s be sensible” She walked over to Brae “Take Anya and hurry back” Brae nodded and walked into the living room lifting a still unconscious Anya into his arms and disappearing. She looked at Seth and smiled “We’ll be waiting for you” she crossed the floor and kissed him in a way Iagan had to look away

“Be safe my love” he murmured touching her face

“I will” she winked before looking at Iagan and holding out her hand “I’ll take care of the getting us there if you think about it for me as I’ve never been there” Iagan hesitated before taking her hand

“Guardian you protect my Immortal as if she were my sister” Seth warned Iagan just gave a nod as star took a deep breath both of them closing their eyes and disappearing…………
