Okay and who are you?

Staring at him then back at the people in front of her she tipped toed back and ran off before any of them could say anything.

"JASON YOU'RE LETTING HER GO!!" One of the boys shouted behind her, his shout piercing the air. "Humm it seems like we have a feisty one," he said more to himself then looked back at the people in front of him. "Now boys you know you can't kill her... well I guess you can but you won't," he said considering the option.

"Jason get out of our way or we'll make you get out of our way," said one of the boys a few inches shorter than him going up to stand up in front of him. Jason's laughter was loud and real, he was not intimidated by these people. "Oh how you make me run for my puppy slippers," he said sarcastically laughing harder when they looked down almost seeming embarrassed. "I bet you boys will leave before you even get past me," just barely finishing, one them charged at him, hoping to take him by surprise.

Moving swiftly to the side, Jason turned around swiftly hitting him on his side. With a loud groan he fell to ground, holding his stomach cursing at Jason while doing it.

With a smile the next person came fist first but Jason grabbed his fist turned it backwards and punched him in the stomach. His scream filled the air before he fell to the ground, breathing heavily.

The last two came at him at the same time, going on both sides of him. When they moved to punch him at the same time he moved out of the way and they ended up hitting each other instead.

"Well as fun as this was, and trust it was the most fun I had in a while, I'll just leave you be," Jason said cheerfully as he walked off away from the men still holding their side.

Max snorted loudly as she watched from a distance before she kept going. Who is this guy?

Coming up against the corner she came face to face with a big black wolf, bigger than she had ever seen with piercing gray eyes. Moving backwards to run she ran into someone's chest before falling flat on the ground.

"Are you always this stupid?" He asked her irritatingly as he walked to the wolf, petting her head.

She stared at him in disbelief looking at the way he pet the wolf, "Excuse me? Who do you think you are..." "Look if you're going to be ungrateful about the fact that I just saved your life you should just not say anything at all," he shrugged his tone sharp as he leaned against the big wolf closing both his eyes.

Biting back her pride she said slowly, "You're right I'm sorry, thank you for saving me back there," she mentioned honestly and received one eye open before he closed it. "I don't know why they chose you of all people but now they're stuck with you and your bubbly personality."

Not knowing what he meant she just clapped her hands in front of her and watched both his eyes open. "Look I don't know who you are or who those weirdos are..." his laughter touched his eyes as he looked up at her with an amused look.

"Weirdos I mean granted your weird but I don't think you should go around calling imperfects weird," he shrugged at her one of the corner of his lips coming up as he watched her with amusement. "Imperfects? And hey you shouldn't just go around call people you don't know weird..." "What like you did?" "Exactly!"

Nodding her head she moved to the side hoping to get around them, "Now if you'll excuse me I really do have a dinner of sorts, so thanks but I really don't want to stay anyways," she turned around but noticed he wasn't there anymore.

Looking forward again she saw only the big black wolf but the guy was gone. "Great, okay look you don't want to get hurt and I don't want to get eaten so can I just get through?" She tried but the wolf took a step closer. "Please?"
