One piece

After my stupid pun (Heh, no regrets.) we wait until practise is finished, then we go to watch Boltz.

Boltz groans and tries to drink some dark liquid, "He looks like a normal jock to me." Benny says, I look at him in disbelief.

"Trust me, there's something up. It has to do with that gem on his mask. I just don't know what it's-" Benny cuts Ethan off,

"Dude, it's obvious! He stumbled onto some kinda magical steroids and cheated his way to becoming the greatest player ever." Benny says,

"How are you so sure?" I ask, "Because it's exactly what I would do!" Benny replies. Ethan and I sigh, and I'm tempted of hitting my head onto the table- if there was a table nearby.

"There might be something more to this. I think we should look up that gem-" Ethan is once again cut off, but this time by the coach, "Hey, boys! And girl who isn't that bad on a soccer field." He says.

"Yeah... How's Georges leg by the way...?" I ask awkwardly, he laughs, "He's fine! Any way, great game today!" He says, "Thanks! I always give 111 percent." Benny says.

"That's nice, son. Say Ethan-" Coach clears his throat, "You had some brilliant ideas today. Mind hanging back? I'd sure would love to pick your brain." Coach asks, laughing a little at the end.

I eye him suspiciously. I don't trust that last sentence...

"Oh, me? I don't know.... Benny and I did have that... Homework we had to do." Ethan says, trying to show that he didn't want to go.

"What homework?" Benny asks, and I'm trying to to hit Benny again.

"You know, that gemistry homework?" Ethan asks, "Oh that? No, I can do that for the both of us." Benny replies. I step on Benny's foot, earning a welp.

"Hey, that's the team spirit! All right, just stay put while I stow the fear away." Coach opens a door and walks off.

Ethan and I both give Benny out best annoyed-bitch-face. "Benny! What was that?" I ask, my voice a little higher than usual.

"Relax, he might know something about Boltz." Benny says, giving us the 'duh' expression. Ethan thinks for a few seconds,

"I guess you're right." He says, "Yeah. Meanwhile, Abigail and I can find out what his mojo is, duplicate it. Next time you see me, I'll be just like Boltz." Benny says.

We all look up to where Boltz is getting cleaned up, "Well, not exactly like him." Benny says, "You get the idea." He adds, walking off, "See you later, Ethan." I say, following Benny.

"Okay, let's see, athletic ability... Whoa." Benny says as he looks through his spell book. I look up from the book I was reading: Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets.

"What?" I ask, walking over, before he an explain his phone rings. He picks it up, "Hi, Sarah. Did you know there's a spell that cures athletes foot?" Benny asks.

"Really? That was the whoa?" I whisper annoyed, there's down silence which is then broken by Benny saying, "Of course!".

"Abigail and I are trying to figure out his trick so I can do it myself." Benny says.

Yeah... I'm more so here just to figure out what's going on, I am not letting Benny use it.

There's more silence.

"Come again?" Benny asks, Benny looks through his book then stops, "Do you know what this means?" He asks, "No, it means I'll never be good at hockey!" Benny says.

I swallow down a laugh, patting Benny on the back apologetically, more silence.

"Did he just say 'geek brain he find'?" Benny asks trailing off, "Ethan!" Benny yells, quickly sayings Peking to Sarah, hanging up and grabbing his jacket.

"What's happening!?" I ask, "I'll explain on the way come on!" He says running out his door.

I grip Benny's arm for support as I'm about to trip over on the ice.

I don't like ice...

"Ethan!" Sarah calls out, "This place is huge. Next time, can you join a ping-pong team or something?" Erica asks.

"I wouldn't! Ponders are animals!" Rory says, I open my mouth to say sown thing but get Interrupted by Coach talking on the microphone.

"Hey! You kids are trespassing!" He says, "Can it, Franken-coach! We're here for Ethan." Sarah says. "All of Ethan." Benny adds.

"Boltz! Defence!" Coach says through the microphone again. Then of course, Boltz come skating onto the rink with a Hockey stick.

He then takes off his mask of drink, "... Is that supposed to be a head?" I ask.

"How is he even drinking?" Rory asks.

"I know. He is totally hotter with his mask on." Erica adds.

(I paused and I actually saw Botlz's face.)

Boltz then nods his helmet back on. "I'm through playing games." Sarah says, getting her fangs out and ready to run to Boltz, "Sarah wait!" Rory and I yell, but it's too late.Sarah already ran too far and smashed into the wall.

"Yeah, vamp speed plus ice equals wipe-out every time." Rory says, I nod in agreement. "Good to know." Sarah says, "Just go find Ethan!" I tell her.

Sarah nods, gets up, and goes to find Ethan.

Boltz grunts, "We'll take care of Mr. Mumbles." Erica says. Rory, Erica and I walk over towards him, ready to fight.

Although it doesn't take Botlz long for Rory to get taken down, then a buzzer goes off and 1 point goes to 'home' on the scoreboard.

"Did we win?" Rory asks, I shake my head but quickly turn my focus back to Boltz. Boltz turns to Benny and growls, "No! Wait! I'm on your team, remember?" Benny asks.

Boltz growls and Benny quickly turns to grab a hockey stick. "Ah, little help!" Benny asks.

I run past Boltz and Erica and make it to Benny, but of course, falling in the process. Benny helps me up and we watch as Boltz snaps his hockey stick to stab Erica.

"Hey, Jockenstein!" Benny calls out to Boltz, Boltz turns around. Benny gets out a puck, "How about a little one-on-one?" Benny asks.

I grip Benny's arm, "But you suck at hockey!" I say, "Don't worry babe, I got this." He says.

I nod slowly, and back away. Benny drops the puck, "Benny Weir with the puck. He's gotta go top shelf. It's do or die!" Benny narrates himself, Boltz growls.

"Literally." Benny adds, Boltz starts skating over to Benny and Benny screams, hitting the puck directly into Boltz's helmet, knocking off the gem.

Boltz falls to the ground, shakes a little ten goes still. Benny raises his hands victoriously, "No way! Benny is the greatest!" He cheers, I run over and hug him, thankful he didn't get hurt.

Rory and Erica get up and walk over, "What happened to him?" Rory asks, "Did the zartack-thingy fall out or something?" Erica asks, "Fall out? Tell me you saw that shot!" Benny asks.

Erica and Rory look at each other and shake their heads, I pat Benny's shoulder, "Don't worry, I saw it."

Benny smiles down at me.

Not soon later Sarah and Ethan come out and we all walk out of the hockey rink, thankfully all in one piece.

Also, I'd like to give a warning, next chapter I'm adding in a character into the play called 'Sunny Cloud' who will be Sun Drop's sister.
And Abigail will be casted.
