Draco Malfoy looked around, not much had changed at the Ministry.

He looked down at the sleeping infant in his arms, his eyes softening. He had placed a silencing spell around her, to keep the loudness of the Ministry from waking her. It had been hell to get her to sleep after apparating here but now that she was she was silent and peaceful.

He shifted as he heard his name, his hand tightening around Snape's Will. "-Malfoy. Dirty Deatheater."

He ground his teeth. They didn't know the truth. He didn't want to be a Deatheater. They had used his mother and lover against him, forcing him into it. He wanted to get rid of the Dark Mark on his arm, he really did. But it would never come off.

His father's last words to him rang in his head, You're a Malfoy, Draco. They're usless Muggleborns and Muggleborn lovers. They deserved what came to them. He had said that right before being taken to Azkaban, he would soon receive the Dementor's Kiss.

He shook his head, rolling his shoulders. It was too annoying here. Too many things that reminded him of his past.

He spotted Kingsley standing with Granger, Potter and Weasley. He frowned, walking to them. Granger's eyes were full of tears, Weasley's arm around her, Potter was staring blank. He was suddenly glad he had put an invisibility cloak around Lily. He didn't want the Golden Trio to see Snape's daughter.

Kingsley looked up, shaking his head. "Mr. Malfoy, what are you doing here?"

He shook his head of his previous thoughts. "I need to speak to you, alone."

Granger looked up and he couldn't help but soften. A slight bump on her stomach, she was pregnant. He always loved pregnant womam, to him they were carrying the most precious cargo in the world. An unborn child.

She tugged on Weasley's shirt, making him look down at her, but Potter didn't look away from him.

"Why Malfoy?" Potter sneered.

"Because I have something very valuable with me and the person who have it to me to only give and show it to Kingsley," he replied cooly, not wanting to start a fight. Especially with Lily here.

"Who would that be?" Kingsley asked.

"Snape."

"Why would Snape trust you?" Weasley said, staring daggers at him.

"Because I made him a unbreakable vow. Now please Kingsley, we need to speak."

"I'm sorry Mr. Malfoy, it will have to wait."

Anger engulfed him and he almost snapped, but caught himself. "Sir, it is about a personal matter of his heir."

Kingsley's eyes widened in understanding. "Oh. It was never noted he had a heir."

"He kept it private," he ground out, daring Potter to say anything. He knew Potter knew, he had seen Snape's memories.

"What are you talking about. Snape didn't have any children. You're lying," Weasley said.

He quietly pulled the invisibility cloak off of Lily's face, showing them. He noticed she had woke up, her black eyes looking up at him. He pushed a lock of black hair out of the way and looked up.

"Of course, do you have his Will?"

"Yes," he answered, handing it to him.

Kingsley opened it, reading it. He handed it to Draco and said, "I don't think your going to like this Draco, I'm going to have to take Lily."

"What?" he growled, holding her close.

"You're not the first choice."

He opened the Will, frowning.

In the event of my death,
I Severus Tobias Snape,
Wish for Lillian Alexandria Snape to go to Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. If they cannot take her she is to go to Rubeus Hagrid and Minerva McGonagall. If not she will go to Draco Malfoy.

When she reaches the age she will receive my house on Spinner's End and my vault at Gringotts and my private vault at Merbers. Rubeus Hagrid has the keys to both.

I leave my Potion Master Handguides to Hermione Granger in hope she enjoys them as much as I did. I leave my Sword of Slytherin to Lillian Snape to hope she will learn to protect herself without a wand. I leave my home in Ireland to Minerva McGonagall in hope she will use the treasures inside wisely. I leave my Ring of Protection to Harry Potter so he may have something more of his mother's. I leave my seven acres of land in London to Draco Malfoy so he may have another place than Malfoy Manor.

In best regards,
Severus Snape.

He stood shocked, Snape had gave Lily to him last. He had given her to the Golden Trio, then Hagrid and McGonagall. He took a deep breath and looked down at Lily. She raised a hand, grabbing at the air. He gave her a finger, which she grasp softly.

"Harry, Hermione. You're this girl's first named caregivers."

"What?" they yelled, their eyes wide.

"Why? Snape hated us," Hermione said.

"He left you something in his Will, you as well Harry," Kingsley said.

Lily looked at the others, smiling. She was such a happy baby, acting unlike her father. Then again no one saw how Snape acted around Lily. Lily was the light to his darkness.

Reluctantly, he handed Kingsley Lily. "We'll contact you if needed Mr. Malfoy. Just remember, she still comes to you once a month no matter what happens."

He nodded, apparating with a loud pop.
