Bigger and Bigger

April soon came and Raven was starting to show more and more. Telling her father was easy compared to telling her mother who flipped her crown at the news. Raven was currently in her dorm with Rose and Maddie as she was trying on outfits to see if they still fit her, sadly, most of them did not. She pulled out a purple laced tank top with Silver jewel decals all over it and pulled it over her head, it didn't make it past her breastbone though. Not to mention she doubled her breast size from a C-cup to a DD-cup in 1 month. She sighed as she threw the shirt off and laid back in defeat on her bed.

"Raven, it's not that bad. Here, try this slip-on lavender dress." Rose handed her the silky dress as Raven slipped it on with little hesitation. Raven smiled a bit but soon noticed the large pile of clothes she loved that could no longer fit her. Maddie pondered and giggled.
"Come on Raven? Got to the place with faces in stone, stuck in glue will break the bone!" Maddie cheered to Raven. Rose blinked in confusion and Raven smiled as she rolled her eyes.
"She says I need to go to the student lounge instead of moping around, to see my friends." She hugged Maddie.
"But Raven, every day you go to school and then come straight back here. Only me, Dexter, and Maddie have seen you since everyone found out about your um,..." Rose started to cough to break the awkward tension. Raven got up and put on a stretchy belt, her studded black tiara and her silver stilettos. She grabbed her phone and walked out the door with Maddie and Rosabella.

"I'm proud of you Raven, you'll see this is good." Rose stared. Raven smile and held on to the door handle of the door to the student lounge. She could hear the laughing and chattering of the students as they played video games or talked to each other. She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath. She felt her heart stop as the doors swung open and all eyes darted on her. She saw Dexter sitting with Daring, Sparrow, Hunter, and Hopper on the couch playing a racing game on the TV. Apple, Briar, Blondie, and Ashlynn were reading teen magazines on some beanbags and the wonderlandians were in the corner drinking tea as Justine, Meeshell and Cedar were playing cards on the coffee table. Duchess and Faybelle were in another corner on their phones as Cerise, Darling, Melody and Ginger were reading different books near the bookcase while Humphrey, Farrah and Nina helped sort out cable for the AV club. It seemed as if everyone was here as Holly and Poppy walked in laughing and stopped as soon as they saw Raven. Cupid soon followed but froze as she saw Raven. Raven walked in as Rosabella closed the doors as Maddie ran over with her wonderland friends. Raven sat down as Cedar, Cerise, and Dexter came over on the couch and sat down next to her. As soon as thins were returning to normal and everyone resumed doing their activities, Duchess put her phone down and looked at Raven and bursted into laughter. She walked over and pointed to Raven.
"Watch out everyone, a whale is on the loose!" Duchess yelled, a few background kids laughed at her comment while Raven's friends glared at her.
"I knew you were knocked up but I didn't expect you to be this fat!" She started to laugh more and more.
"Shut up Duchess." Dexter said. He wrapped his arm around Raven. Duchess scoffed and glared at Raven.
"You know, you already screwed up your story by refusing your destiny but now since your such a "friendly" girl, your dragging the people you care down with you with this pathetic baby." Duchess snickered. Rosabella stood up.
"It took a lot of bravery for Raven to come out here today, and people like you are trying to bring her down which makes you the pathetic one." She yelled . Duchess scoffed once more.
"The baby is probably going to be born a freak like her anyway, best now to get rid of the 20 pound tumor." Raven got up and ran away running. Duchess smirked and walked back to Faybelle.

Raven ran and ran until she got to the balcony where she loved to watch the sun set. She sat on the bench and cried as she held her stomach. She soon heard the sneakers running down the hallway that came to be Dexter, he ran out on the balcony as soon as he saw Raven. He sat on the bench and held her close.
"Don't listen to Duchess, she is just pissy because her story is a fairy fail." Dexter said as he rubbed her arm.
"It's not what she said Dex, its why she said it. I have caused so much trouble and to top it off with this-" she rubbed her belly.
"It's just not fair." She said. Dexter put his hand on her stomach.
"Raven these things happen, and it helps that we are both rich." He smiled.
"Yeah but we have no idea what we are doing, what if this baby comes and it ends up... like me." She looked off into the horizon. Waves of Amber grain collided with a seas of thick green trees from the enchanted forest.
"Raven you need to stop seeing yourself as this monster. It's not who you are and it annoys me that you are constantly pointing out your flaws." He said looking into her eyes.
"But its true, every time I get angry something could get set on fire, it's the way I was born. I was born a freak, I will die a freak." She said as she conjured up a purple flame in her hand. Dexter got up and shook his head.
"Stop saying that stuff! What happened to the powerful Raven Queen I fell in love with? Why do you hate yourself so much?" He yelled. She stood up and had an angry expression on her face as tears welled up in her eyes.
"She is gone. Look at me now! I'm pregnant at 17, my family is a mess, and I'm the laughing stock of the school! I'm just a joke." She said throwing her hands in the air. Dexter slammed his fist on the banister.
"No you're not!" He yelled even louder. A few birds nearby flew away at the sudden shock of his fist.
"Why did you stay? Why do you come back every time I hurt you?" She yelled back.
"Because I love you Raven Queen! That's what love is, when even though you know it's hard, it's worth it for that person in the end. Why can't you see that?!" He started to get more and more angry.
"I love you too but I can't keep dragging everyone down with me, I already screwed up your life!" She yelled as she turned to walk away but Dexter grabbed her wrist before she could leave. He pulled her closer still holding her hand as the other clutched her waist close.
"You make my life so much better than you could ever know Raven. You make me want to be a better prince to you and I love to see you smile every day, you gave me a happily ever after." He said looking deeply into her eyes. She sobbed in his chest as they fell to their knees as he still held on to her.
"Your so good to me Dexter, I don't deserve you." She sobbed more into him.
"I need you to know I will be here no matter what, because your my princess, and I will never have another one." He said as he smoothed her hair. She smile and kissed his chest.
"I know Dexter. I finally understand."
