Time for Class

After a whole weekend of meeting back up with all her Fableous friends, and some one on one time with Dexter, it was Sunday night and Raven got into her PJs and wiped off her makeup as she was sitting at her vanity. She saw Rose fluffing her pillows and putting her glasses into the case on her nightstand table. It was kinda weird that Apple wasn't her roommate, but they were still BFFAs and could still see each other all the time. Raven could also do without the daily singing. Raven yawned and got up from her vanity and crawled into bed with Nevermore snoozing at her feet.
"Goodnight Raven. I hope you have a good day with classes tomorrow." Rose said while yawning and proceeded to turn off her lamp and close her eyes.
"Goodnight Rose. Sweet dreams." Raven replied knowing Rose was already fast asleep. Raven turned off her lamp and closed her eyes. She was almost asleep when she heard a harp noise come from her phone. She stared at Rose  to see if it woke her up, but the Beauty princess was softly snoring. Raven unlocked her mirrorphone and saw a text notification.
Dex💖: you nervous about tomorrow?
RavenQ: a little... I was just about to go to sleep.
Dex💖: sorry. Daring keeps counting out loud as he brushed his hair. How is rooming with Rose?
RavenQ: she snores but atleast it's not singing.
Dex💖: lol. I will let you get some rest. Love you 😘
RavenQ: love you too 😘
Raven put her phone down and closed her eyes. She was nervously hexcited.
*************************************************************************************************************** Raven yawned as the morning wake up bell rung. She swung her legs around the bed and put on her slippers one foot at a time. She patted Nevermore's head and straightened up her bed. She stretched and saw Rose putting together her outfit for the day. Raven went to her drawers and picked out her usual dress and tights, and on her shoe tree hanging in her closet, she grabbed her usual shoes. She got dressed and went to her vanity to put on her collar, studded tiara, waist collar, and jewelry on. She saw rose watering her Butterfly's little mini garden to help keep it fresh. Rose got ready fast so she grabbed her stuff and pushed up her glasses. A knock was heard at the door but Rose got up quickly and answered it. It was Daring and gave Rose a quick kiss.
"Ready to go to class M'lady?" Daring put his arm around rose. Rose giggled.
"Yes I am." She waved goodbye to Raven and closed the door as she walked out with Daring. Raven started to apply her make up when another knock was heard.
"It's me Dex, is the door unlocked?" He asked wanting to get permission before entering.
"Yes but-" Raven was interrupted by Dex walking in with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. Raven quickly grabbed a pillow from her bed to cover her face.
"Dex I'm not wearing make up." He put the flowers in her vase and put the pillow back on the bed. He leaned down to give her a kiss and then sat on her bed.
"You look beautiful to me with or without make up." Raven blushed but turned around to apply her foundation. Dexter tried to pet Nevermore but failed as her scales pricked up. Raven got up ready for the day. Dexter held her hand and they walked out the door. Just before heading out of the Girl's dorm, the second school bell rung, indicating that breakfast was over. Dexter checked his watch in disbelief it could already be 8:00.
"Curses I missed breakfast on the first day." Raven sighed but Dex held up a pastry bag from the beanstalk bakery.
"A Charming is always prepared." He handed her a caramel cinnamon scone, her favorite. She attacked his face with kisses before taking the scone and biting into it.
"You are the fairy best boyfriend ever after." He chuckled and blushed. Dexter got out a chocolate chip scone for his breakfast. They soon stopped at Science and sorcery.
"This is my first class. By cutie." She took her books that Dex was holding and waved.
"Bye sweetie." Dex said as he headed for Kingdom Management.
************************************************************************** it was 3:00 pm and the last school  bell rung for the day. Raven cracked her neck and went over to talk to Blondie and Justine.
"Hey Raven! Me and Justine were discussing about our new roommates. Mine is Briar this year, she snores louder than a grizzly bear!" She giggled. Blondie was always so cheerful.
"Mine is Holly O'Hair. That princess has a lot of hair." Justine spread out her arms.
"Mine is Rosabella. She is nice and has Hexcellent taste in decorating." Raven pulled up a picture of Rose's room on her mirrorphone. Justine and Blondie smiled and gave a thumbs up. Dexter walked from the other side of the room because he was finished talking to Daring and Sparrow. He put his hand around Raven's waist. Blondie suddenly perked up and brought out her Mirrorpad and turned it on and pointed it at Raven.
"Raven queen! Dexter Charming! A storybook romance to remember! What are your plans this year?" She waved her microphone at Raven.
"Well, um, I want this year to be better and with Dexter, I believe that is possible." You could hear people aweing from the groups of friends remaining in the classroom of Chemythstry. Blondie waved her microphone at Dexter.
"I uh, I'm So fairy lucky to have Raven, she makes me a better prince." He gave Raven a quick kiss but forgot it was in front of the camera so he tensed up. Daring walked over with Rosabella.
Blondie waved her Microphone at Daring.
"Care to comment?" Blondie asked eagerly to make this a spellbinding scoop for her mirrorcast.
"My brother Dexter, though he may be younger, he has found his spelltacular damsel and I found myself a more than perfect lady to be by my side." He pulled Rose closer.
"Raven is a great roommate and friend. I'm happy she has Dexter, he is very polite and is good company. I'm also glad I found my beastly prince." She kissed Daring on the cheek. Soon Raven's mirrorphone alarm buzzed.
"Oh My Grimm! I gotta go!" She grabbed her purse and teleported her books back into her locker.
"Late for what?" Blondie asked as she turned her Mirrorpad off.
"Cerise and Poppy invited me to the book to school after party! It's going to be a page ripper! I need to get there early to help set up!" She blew a kiss to Dexter and ran out the door. Rose hugged Daring and grabbed her purse.
"I'm going to help set up too. Maybe I can get to know Raven a little better." She walked out followed by Justine and Blondie. The Charming brothers shrugged at each other and headed back to their dorm to get ready for the party.
