Charles sighed at the table as 76 was going over the mission he, Lena, Angela, and Reinhardt were going on.

"Sit up!" Angela hissed as she elbowed his side. He winced and glared at Angela who returned her gaze back to 76. Charles rolled his eyes before looking to see 76 and the rest stare at him.

"Care to explain what's more important than this mission Mr. Williams?" He asked. Charles knew he was smirking under that mask but he decided to ignore it.

"Nothing to report, sir." He said. "Here's the rest of the information you'll need." 76 said tossing 4 manila folders with papers inside.

"Who is this 'Arsenal'?" Lena asked. The Rider growled a little. 'The Arsenal, I remember meeting him beforehand.' He said. 'You mean when you kept hijacking my body?' Charles asked. The Rider was silent for the rest of the argument.

"Arsenal, or Manhattan as he was known, was a member of the elite group known as the Unit. A splinter cell between the United Nations and Overwatch. If I remember correctly." The Rider said. "So this man is dangerous? What should I expect?" Charles asked. "Serious weapons freak." Was all the Rider said.

'So, Manhattan is still kicking.' He thought before coughing lightly. "Change of plan, I'll be joining you for this op. Reinhardt, you can go and relax." 76 said. Reinhardt looked at them before shrugging his shoulders and walking back to the armory to deposit his not-needed weapon and armor.

"Okay oh mighty leader. Lead on." Charles said. 76 glared at him before walking to the hangar. "That tongue is going to get you 10 more days of missions Williams. You want that?" 76 asked. Charles sighed before apologizing. As the four boarded a dropship, Charles was deep in thought as he dug through the Rider's memories to piece together this 'Arsenal'.

'Man is a freak when it came to creating weapons. One that I remembered was, what did he call it, the Puffy. A FAMAS assault rifle with a flamethrower attachment. Containing more gas than bullets. That thing hurts more than Hellfire.' The Rider said.

"So, by freak, you mean he is a weapons specialist?" Charles asked. "Affirmative, he also used a weapon I think that was his ace. It's called 'Hydra'. This fucker packs a mean punch. Double barrel D.E. Both barrels that can discharge fire from one trigger. There are plenty more in his arsenal, but it'd be a pain to explain it all.' The Rider explained.

"Probably best to stay on the dudes good side then." Charles said. The Rider grunted in agreement. As the four entered the dropship, 76 was having thoughts about Arsenal.

'Whatever happened to the Unit Manhattan? After my supposed death, along with Ana and Reyes, I thought you and your merry group would be the protectors while we were forced into hiding.' He thought before Lena shook his shoulder lightly.

"Oi, you got the coordinates luv. Were we going?" She asked. 76 walked to the controls and inputted for Colorado.

"Hm? Colorado? Never thought to find a weapons specialist in the states. From what it says in his file, I guess he would be somewhere in Asia or South America." Charles said looking at the file. Lena and Angela were playing a game of HORSE on the dropship while 76 sat in the chair looking out at the clouds.

Angela made a basket 5 feet away from the basket and tossed the ball to Lena. "Maybe he prefers to be in America. It is a country that has so much hate and racism." She said. Lena tried to make the basket but failed miserably.

"Bollocks." She said stomping her foot. Angela giggled as Lena tossed her the ball. "Maybe your right, besides I heard that a gang called the Black Badge decided to start some drama in the state." Charles said with a wicked grin as his hand caught fire. Angela rolled her eyes as Lena scoffed before snatching the ball and shooting, only to miss.
