Jae Hwa's thoughts drifted off as she was thinking about yesterday's event. Things had changed drastically. She thought Hoseok despised her. How did they end up like this?
All she remembered was how he had approached her, and how the last thing she saw before feeling his lips on hers was those lustful eyes of his. It was almost like he had changed personality overnight. Did he have a twin she did not know of? Was that why his personality always found a way to change in the weirdest ways? Or even worse, what if he had multiple personality disorder? She knew something was up with that kid.
Worse than him actually gathering the courage to kiss her in the room beside where his parents were waiting for them was the fact that she had let his charm win her over. She had kissed him back. She had enjoyed every moment of it. She blushed at the thought of how his large hands cupped her waist, and how good it felt when he kissed down her neck.
Why was she even thinking about this? She had to get her mind straight. She snapped out of her trance when she felt a pair of muscular arms wrap around her waist. She panicked. She already knew who these belonged to.
"You are aware of the fact that the food is all burnt, and is ready to vanish into nothing in a matter of seconds," he chuckled in his hoarse morning voice. Jae Hwa wiggled out of his grip. Something that was much easier thought than done.
"Just shut up, will you. The only reason I cooked eggs is that you like them so freaking much," she spat annoyed at his teasing tone.
Hoseok smirked at her reply. Jae Hwa's eyes widened as she realized what she just had said. She had admitted that she made it for him. Hoseok smiled as he tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. She stood still, holding her breath.
He leaned in studying her face in a way she never had been studied before. It was almost scary she thought to herself. He placed his hand on top of her head and ruffled her hair in a gentle teasingly manner.
"You're so adorable when you try to cook for me," he said with a wide smile. She frowned stepping back making the distance between them longer than before.
"What?" Jin gasped as Jae Hwa filled him in on what he missed at the dinner at Hoseok's house. "He just walked up to you and kissed you out of nowhere?"
She nodded. The weather was fantastic, and she could feel her skin tingle as the sun sent heat waves through her body. She couldn't quite complain about the refreshing weather as it had been raining nonstop weeks before.
After an incident happened at the school roof two weeks ago they were forced to find a new place to meet up as the roof got permanently closed for students. Now they met up by the river. They had found the perfect place, and they even manage to find a bench that fit only the two of them. Maybe they were selfish for wanting to be by themselves, she thought.
"Apparently he thought that was the right thing to do. Remember it's all for the act," she reminded him as she noticed his thoughts had escaped as well as hers.
Jin coughed. "That might be what you think, Jae Hwa, but I know the guy and he isn't the type to go and kiss a girl he does not care about. There might be more behind it than you think"
Jae Hwa chuckled. Jin was the cutest. He had colored his hair back to pink as he had to color it black for the student id picture. Something that was really stupid because his face was still the same. She noticed that there was something different about him, but she couldn't quite point out what it was just yet.
"If this is your way of cheering me on, I appreciate your efforts. What would I have done without you," she said wrapping her arms around his, resting her head on his shoulder.
