Ashton and Velma planned the wedding ceremony fairly quickly. They were married on New Year's day. Only a couple months after they attended the wedding of Marilyn and Calum. Through the years Velma learned more about Ashton, like his past with the australian mob and why he had to come to America. He finally went back in the late 1960's and made amends with his family. As for Velma, she became a sensation around the world thanks to the help Marilyn, and the success of her role in a Broadway musical. Velma's parents finally came to terms with their daughter's career and life, and attended the wedding. The couple had a child in the mid 60's. Little Vira Joyce Irwin was born on April 19, 1968. They became the Hollywood dream couple and lived up to the role. It is said now that they reside somewhere in England or L.A. no one knows for sure, but Vira grew up to be a famous stylist and designer in the beauty world. Their love was of the purest and whole.
