I arched my head down as I let Alec tell me about my sister, the real Evelyn. I felt traumatized after only being here 6 days (Including transformation time) and having all this piled on my chest.
“I’m sorry” He finished his explaining “Would you like to be called Athena again?”
I stood up in front of him, “No, I don’t” I spoke powerfully “You know why?”
Alec smiled at me, he knew I was in speech mode.
“Because I’m not Athena anymore, I’m someone stronger, faster, and wiser I feel like I can take on the world Alec, and you’re here to help me through everything. Love, confidence, what else do I need?”
Alec began to open his mouth to add a snide comment to the what else do I need ending. I immediately jumped on his lap and silenced him with a kiss.
“Oh no you don’t” I thought to him.
He laughed as he set me on his lap, “You are so small”
“Meaning?” I glared at him.
“It’s a good thing trust me” he smirked.
“Just cause I’m small doesn’t mean I’m weaker than you” I tried to sound intimidating but that only made him smile more.
“You know... do you want to start of fresh Evelyn? And forget all this terrible past?”
"I would love that" I looked deep into his crimson eyes and saw waves of emotions flow around him, they were light pink. "I love you too" I cuddled into his chest breathing in his sweet vampire scent, I feel like i can control my emotions better now with Alec around me, I feel unstoppable.
