Alec and Jane walked me down a long stone hallway filled with flaming torches for lights, along the way Alec told me everything about vampires. How they’re super-fast and strong and that they sparkle in the sunlight. Being my new-self I felt confused, I just don’t understand the big picture of this vampire life and I merely remember my human life. I wanted to know what was home, and what I was supposed to be, a killer? A helper? The only one that I can trust is Alec for he is the only one that has been kind to me and fully honest. But sometimes I can’t help but question him, for he is related to Jane.
“Don’t be frightened, Evelyn” Alec touched my shoulder in assurance.
“I’m not, honestly I really don’t know where you taking me.”
Alec let out a light laugh, “Aro, Caius and Marcus would like to see the new you, remember behave yourself, and try to consider them as masters.”
“Okay I’m good with everything except the masters’ part”
“I’m sure they could cope with that.”
Jane was way ahead of us now, waiting at a big wooden door. Alec and I walked down two steps entering the main hallway with Jane.
“Come” Jane spoke hastily, rushing our playful conversation.
Alec and I waited behind Jane as she pushed the door open, letting it screech it’s timeworn creaks. We all stepped inside. The room had a enormous dome ceiling, everything was based of the color white, white marble benches, white marble statues, and even the walls and tiles were white, with a splash of green tiles here and there. And the most eye catching items in the room were the three thrones now occupied by what must be the three Masters.
