Easton's Princess

Chapter 20

Lily's POV

When I got up the next morning I did more homework because my parents made me. By three I only had two assignments for my Spanish class left to do.

"Mom can I take a break? I am almost done with Spanish and that is all I have left."

"Yeah thats fine Lily. Are you going to Easton's house quick?"

"Yeah and then I will be back. I promise."

"Thats fine but let me know when you get there."

"Okay. Bye mom I will be back soon"

I went out to my car and started it. I just sat there for a couple minutes because I needed to figure out how I was going to confront Easton about what he did to me. I can't believe he didn't tell me. I deserved to know I mean he did kidnap me.

Once I figured it out I drove to Easton's house. I shut off my car and took a deep breath. I walked into his house and went to his office. I knew he would be there because he texted me this morning saying he had a lot of paperwork to do.

I knocked on the door and heard and quick come in. I opened the door and mentally prepared myself for what I was about to do.

"Hey Easton." I greeted as I walked in.

"Hey princess." He said looking up from his paperwork. He had a huge stack on his desk. "How are you doing?" He asked while walking toward me. He gave me a hug and kissed my temple.

I moved to sit in the chair across from his and he sat in his own. "I came here to talk to you about something." I said making the mood very serious.

"Ok. What is it princess." Easton asked me looking nervous.

I took a deep breath. "I got my memory back." Easton sucked in a sharp breath. "Why didn't you tell me? Why did you do it in the first place?"

"I'm sorry princess I had to. You were my mate thats why I kidnapped you. I didn't tell you because you would've freaked out. You had to much going on. I was just trying to protect you. Don't be mad at me."

"I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed." I replied while standing up. I made a move to leave the room and Easton grabbed my arm.

"Please don't leave. I am sorry that I disappointed you. I will make it better I promise."

Easton leaned forward and kissed me. After a couple seconds I pulled away.

"I'm sorry I just need some time to think."

"I understand. Just don't take too long please. I don't want you to get sick again." Easton said sounding defeated. "I will be right here waiting for you." He gave me one last kiss before he let me go.

I went outside and got into my car. I quickly called my mom and told her that I was coming home. I quickly stopped at the coffee shop and got my mom and I some hot chocolate.

"Mom! I'm home!" I announced when I got in my house.

"In the kitchen!" She yelled back.

I walked to the kitchen and saw that my mom was starting supper. I set my stuff down before grabbing her hot chocolate again.

"I got this for you." I said while giving her it.

"Thanks sweetie."

I went to my room and grabbed my Spanish homework that I had left and went back downstairs. I went into the kitchen and got situated by the island. I worked on my homework while mom worked on supper. It was nice.

"Hunny I'm home!" My dad announced.

"I'm in the kitchen!" Mom yelled at him.

My dad walked in and gave my mom a quick kiss.

"Ew." I groaned. "That is gross."

My dad gave me a look. "Toughen up." He said and leaned in to kiss my mom again.

"I'm going to my room. Can you call me down when supper is ready?"

My mom nodded her head and I gathered all of my stuff. I finished all of my homework which I was happy about because that is one thing I don't have to stress about anymore. I cleaned up my room because it was kind of messy. After that was done I sat down on my bed and started reading. My phone started ringing suddenly and it made me jump.

"Hello?" I answered without looking at the caller id.

"Princess? Have you though about it yet?" I heard Easton ask.

I sighed. "Easton you just need to give me some time. I'm sorry okay? Just give me some more time."

"Okay fine. I really am sorry princess." Easton said as he hung up.

I sighed. I knew Easton was sorry. I needed to think it over. If I didn't then I would probably go crazy. It was kind of hard to imagine. Being kidnapped by Easton to then be kidnapped by someone else. It was so crazy. After I thought it over some more I heard mom call me down.

I went downstairs and smell was smacking. I looked on the table and saw pork chops and baked potatoes. My favorite meal!

We sat down at the table and had small talk. "Dad I know what I want to be for halloween."

"What do you want to be?"

"I want to be a fairy." I told him while smiling.

Mom and dad chuckled. "Sometimes I still think that you are a little kid." Mom pointed out.

"I don't care. I am proud of it." I stuck my tongue out making them laugh more.

After supper we all cleared off the table and did the dishes. I took a shower and went back downstairs.

"Goodnight." I announced as I was just about to go back up the stairs.

"Goodnight." Mom and dad said at the same time.

When I got to my room I jumped into bed. I pulled the covers over me. I fell asleep thinking about my Easton situation.
