A N N A B E T H
I arrived at the library almost immediately after classes ended to make sure I wasn't going to be late for the tutoring session. It was my first day and I was quite nervous.
I heard footsteps enter and I snapped my head upward only to see Mr. Hood. I tilted my head.
"I'm just observing." He smiled. "I'll do this every once in a while to check up on the student."
I nodded and ran my hand through my hair. I took a deep breath and fiddled with my fingers as I waited at one of the library tables for the student to walk in.
Five minutes later, another pair of feet entered. I quickly looked up, almost snapping my own neck in the process.
Luke Hemmings walked into the room. He was a senior. Very well known among the students and staff of my high school. He made his way past Calum and down to the table where I stood, carrying himself confidently. His image was very intimidating and amped up my nerves like crazy.
"Hey," Luke said, with a smile that calmed me down a slight bit as he slid his bag onto the back of the chair he stood behind.
"Hi." I smiled sweetly, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. I could feel my face slowly burning up.
He looked me over, "Junior?" He asked as he rose a brow.
I nodded in response as he sat down with a small smirk. I took the seat next to him as he pulled out his notes.
"Here, I don't bite." He chuckled and pulled my chair closer to his. My cheeks flushed a light red shade, but I kept my head down to hide my blush.
As he was going over the material he was having a hard time understanding I caught a glimpse of Calum looking at us. His jaw seemed to be clenched, he was tapping the pen in his hand against the edge of the table he was seated at. He didn't seem all that happy to see me giving my attention to someone other than him. Hey, he put me in this position.
I had to advert my attention back towards Luke and his work. I tried my best to sort out his confusion during the hour and a half long session.
"Ohh... That makes a lot more sense. God, I'm stupid." He laughed softly, making a note in his notebook.
I playfully hit his arm, "Shut up, you aren't stupid." I giggled quietly.
We worked through a few assignments before his phone began buzzing.
He chuckled softly, "I have to get going." He gestured towards the alarm set on his phone. I laugh gently due to the fact that he decided to set an alarm.
We both stood and I helped Luke gather his stuff together. He smiled at me while slipping his backpack onto his right shoulder. "Thank you, Annabeth." He grinned.
"Of course." I smiled and he brought me into a gentle hug. His long arms and broad body supplied body heat. When he let go of my body, I almost wanted to whine.
As Luke made his way to the exit of the library, he looked back in my direction, "See you next time, Annie." He dropped his eye into a wink as disappeared out of the doorway.
I picked my bag up and threw it onto my shoulder. I wove my way between tables towards the library's exit. I bit my lip as I was passing by Calum, but I didn't get past with any luck.
"Annabeth." He spoke sternly.
I perked my head up and spun around to face him, "Yes?" I asked rather innocently.
"You are not going anywhere just yet, baby girl." He gestured me over to him and I obliged, now a bit nervous.
He stepped towards me. We were both standing still in front of each other. I looked down at my feet, but very quickly Mr. Hood placed his finger under my chin and lifted my head so I was looking at him.
"We are going to go to my house, alright? We'll discuss what I do with you there. Understand, kitten?"
I swallowed thickly but I quickly nodded my head, "Yes, Mr. Hood."
"Good." He said, running his thumb over my bottom lip.
I stared up at him, doe-eyed I assume, as he intently looked my face over. He removed his hand from my skin.
"Let's go," He slipped his hand to the small of my back as we quickly made our way of out the lobby right outside the library and made way to his car.
He ushered me into the passenger seat of a black Range Rover, getting into the driver's seat himself. He started up the car, carefully pulling out of the school's surprising small teacher's parking lot. Calum made his way onto the road and broke in the direction of his house.

Calum pulled into a long driveway that leads to a rather massive house.
"This is where you live?" I spoke when he parked.
Calum simply nodded his head, stepping out of the car. I frowned slightly. As I unbuckled myself, Calum came to my side of the car and opened the door for me. I slipped out of the car and said a small thank you as he shut the door. He took a hold of my hand, intertwining our fingers, and lead me to his front door.
After unlocking the front door and bringing me inside, I admired the house's interior. "This place is beautiful, Sir." I slowly wandered across the foyer until I felt him snake his arms around my waist.
"Remember, you don't have to call me Sir while we're out of school." He chuckled quietly and placed a soft kiss behind my ear before unwrapping his arms.
I whimpered quietly at the loss of body heat, but I followed him as he walked into what I thought was his living room. I stopped my walking at the entrance of the room, watching him sit down on the plush couch. When he noticed I didn't follow his actions he looked over towards me at the edge of the room.
Calum gently patted his thigh, "Come sit on Daddy's lap, baby girl."
