bask in victory

we all have arguments

with family and friends

no one gives an inch

but who really wins, in the end

we all tend to be a little stubborn

and feel that we are right

and keep fighting until we win

to our ultimate delight

and we stand there, beaming

i won ... i am the boss

but before you bask in victory
