darkness

i don't fear darkness

I don't check the closets

or look under the bed

or keep a light on 

to keep images from my head

i don't draw curtains shut

or close windows tight

i certainly don't sleep in the daytime

just to avoid the night

no

i don't fear darkness

but in a way, i guess i do

because as much as it is my friend

i always feels uneasy

thane day soon ...

it simply, will never end
