400 Poem Challenge (completed December 26, 10:15am)

as i near the end of this

crazy, self imposed task

i find it very hard to complete

no sun yet, in which to bask

suddenly my mind has just

simply let me down

and the smiles i had earlier

have turned to frowns

but this morning i decided

to take the advice of the chosen one

and in the words of Larry the Cable guy
