400 Poem Challenge (completed December 26, 10:15am)

try

for those who never try

i have to ask the question "why"

are you really that afraid

no one will come to your aid

and if you fail

what will life curtail

if that attitude was taken by all

we would forever face that proverbial wall

i say, "what the hell"

what do you have to lose

will you always walk away

or for once, will you choose

the way i see it

and many do, i bet

its better to give it a try

than live a life of wonder

and regret
