The school is empty.

Not a single light was open besides the one on the main entrance. The darkness from around the place gave it a bit of a creepy vibe, and I don't know if i'm imagining it but the air sure is chilly.

I walked down the hallway until I reach the stairs, using the light from the moon outside as a guide through the windows. I looked at my phone to check at the time.

11:16 pm.

Was I late? Is that why no one is around anymore?

Maybe if I hurry i'll still be able to make it if someone decides to stick around.

I hurried as I take two steps from the stairs at a time until I reach the door that opens to the rooftop. I pushed the door open with a hand, but a single hand wasn't enough for me to open it due to strong winds blowing in my direction. I leaned against the door and pushed it with my torso together with both of my hands.

Where is everyone?

It's empty, it's quiet... it's peaceful.

A single lamp post was open, the lamp post in the middle of the whole rooftop. It gives off some light, but if the build up of snow was removed from it, it could have given off a better lighting.

I wasn't expecting the rooftop to be like this.

Not like this when it's all covered with a thin white layer of snow. It wasn't as heavy like from a couple of days ago, it's just right. I looked up the sky and see a full moon beaming brightly at me. It appeared big and dark, but still very beautiful on it's own.

A tiny snowflake lands on my cheek, making my close my eyes. It felt cold and a little stingy, but it wasn't bad at all. In fact, it felt relaxing.

I looked ahead and walked towards the edge of the rooftop, just a step away from the railings made of cement that goes up to my stomach.

I leaned both of my arms into the railing and looked at the city below me. It looked like a real snow globe. A snow globe where everything is happy, where everyone is happy. It looked like a paradise where people can actually enjoy going to. It looked magical.

I sighed as I look back down into my phone again. It's already been fifteen minutes ever since I got here. I guess when you're enjoying your time, you wouldn't recognize it passing by quickly. In fact, you'd wish you had more time.

But it's time for me to go home. I was late, and everyone left already. Maybe I'll just ask Yuri tomorrow morning what the meeting is about.

I take one last look at the magical snow globe of Daegu and proceed to turn away from it, but as soon as I faced the other direction, someone's already standing five feet away from me.

A person wearing a black sweater, a white jogger pants, a grey knitted hat and a wine red scarf that wrapped his whole neck. The clothing alone was enough to tell me who it might be.

I take two steps closer to the person to make sure if it really was him. Jet black hair, pale skin with fluffy flushed cheeks, squishy nose, small adorable eyes, thin pink lips.

It's him.

"What are you doing here?" we both asked at the same time. We both looked away from each other for a moment, hearing nothing but the air whooshing past our ears.

"Yuri texted-" we said again at the same time, until I realized that we both said the word Yuri. I look at him, confusion all over his face.

"Yuri told you to come here?" I asked him, looking at his eyes that won't look back at me. He looked at the floor dusted with snow instead.
